There are a combination of over 100 homes and condominium units located within a 25 minute radius of DisneyWorld and approximately 20 ~ 30 miles from Orlando International Airport. The IPG Welcome Center is open 24/7 and is conveniently located on the west end of Hwy 192 just 6 miles from Kissimmee and 11 miles from Walt DisneyWorld Resort. Facilities within the Welcome Center include guest reception and registration area, copier and fax facilities, an internet cafe with high-speed internet access, reception lounge with free coffee. In addition, there are car parking facilities that also include the opportunity to take helicopter rides over the surrounding area including the theme parks (prices for rides are available upon request). CHECK-IN FOR YOU RESERVATION LOCATED AT: 9550 W Us Highway 192 Clermont, FL 34711 Upon check-in, guests will be charged a non-refundable Property Protection Fee of $65 USD +tax per property booking, which is paid directly to the resort and is added for guests convenience and peace of mind. While the guest remains responsible for any damages that are not covered under this program, prepayment of this fee ensures that the guest will not be charged for damages that are clearly of an accidental and of an incidental nature (up to $1,000 maximum). Note, the person registering must be at least 21 years old and have a valid credit card and photo ID otherwise keys cannot be issued. NOTE: Stays less than 5 nights are subject to a cleaning fee upon check-in. Cleaning fees for 2 - 7 bedroom properties range from $75 - $125 plus tax. The vacation home we rented more than met our expectations. It was in a lovely neighborhood, easy to find, was very clean and comfortable. There was no wireless internet and we brought laptops in anticipation of having internet. Needless to say the teens were a bit disappointed with no IMing home to friends :-) All in all having a rental home instead of a hotel room is the way to go. We had a wonderful time on vacation and contribute most of it to having this home.

After calling to confirm, we were upgraded to a deluxe home. Upon arriving at the office, we had a great laugh with the desk attendant. Arriving at our home was great as the home itself was very nice. Very comfortable and clean too. We hit the Walgreens to buy some necessities for the night as it was late and enjoyed a great sleep. It was a gated community that made us feel safe. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the home. It was a good distance from the parks as well as great shopping and restaurants. The staff were great, the home was great and we will definately choose IPG again!

IPG Florida Vacation Home was very comfortable, it flet just like that a home. There was a living room two baths a kitchen and two bedrooms which were comfortable and roomy, The closet space in each room was more than enough. Everything we needed was less than minutes away including Disney and restaurants.

One the first morning of our stay, I noticed what looked like mouse droppings. After closer examination, yes indeed. We pulled back the couch to find the floor covered with mouse poo. After calling IPG (and being on hold for a great while) they said they would send a propoerty manager out within 10 minutes. After 45 minutes, we called back and did finally get a visit. He was a bit unnerved and said no "examination" was necessary and that clearly there were mice in the house. They did relocated us to a house without mouse poo, but the microwave was cracked in 3 places, the key to the community pool was lost and the pool could only be used of we paid an additional $/week for heating. They never called us back about any of the above issues and we wasted a lot of time trying to get answers. What a joke. Watch out for this rental company, they don't respond or care for the homes.

Home location was in good proximity to Disney parks and other attractions, but was not really a good value for the money. House was only in fair condition and overall cleanliness was not good. Ad states that all homes have TV with HBO (only very basic cable here and no HBO or much of anything else for that matter) and two of the bedrooms did not even have a clock in them or working lights/lamps. Also states sleeper sofa in the living room, which our house did not have. There were no soaps of any kind or paper products provided other than one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There is a Walmart and grocery stores within five miles of the home we stayed in so a shopping trip was made in short order after arrival. When we picked up the keys, I inquired about a remote opener for the garage, and the rental clerk informed us that there was no garage on the property. There was indeed a garage but you had to open the door from the inside, pull out the car then manually close the door, go back through the house and exit through the front door after locking everything back up. Very strange. The management company just didn't seem to manage anything very well. They were eager to take our money, however. While the stay was not terrible, I would not rent from IPG again, nor would I recommend this company to others.

House was clean and private. Close to all theme parks and shops, Was in a nice, quiet area with other private homes. Went with 8 people and there was plenty of room. Saved money using the house kitchen to cook some of our meals. Three bathrooms, no wait. Loved the house and would rent from the company again

Our stay was good. The house was located 20 mins from the Disney parks but 30mins from Universal. We bought all the supplies we needed once there from a walmart not too far away like soap, garbage bags, food, toilet paper, etc I had to request wash cloths because they forgot them. The pool had some bugs but overall it was great for my family of 6, my children loved it!

We had a 3 bedroom house w/pool. The house was great. The pool was great. We were in Highland Reserve and it was the quietest and most relaxing neighborhood I have ever been in. Not too far from Disney but far enough away from all of the lights and noise. Our kids had a great time and so did we. We will definately go back and use IPG again. We never had to contact the check in office once we checked in so I don't really know how there service is if you have problems but travel website made me rate it anyway.

After staying in house beautiful house I don't ever want to stay in a hotel again. The house was not much more than a year old if that. It had all the conveniences of being at home. The dishes had to be cleaned before use, but there was a dishwasher. I would recomend a house over a hotel to anyone with a family, more room less money. You can save money on dinning especially at the parks. Make and take your own lunches. It was about a 15-20 minute drive from the parks, Disney and Seaworld. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The travelocity address listed for the office it not correct, but if you call the number they will give you the correct address. The house was about 5-10 minutes from the office but easy to find with their directions. This was a great place to stay, away from all the people. We had a great experience with IPG.

Nice clean rent house the 24 hour check in and check out is nice you don't have to worry about getting there before the office closes. Easy directions to the house if you have kids recommend getting one with the pool in the back yard that way they can play and you can relax after a day at disney world.
