Nice older style motel that has charm but the rooms are new inside and very nice.

Bedding could be improved. Pillows were of poor quality and no blankets. I've stayed at this location on more than one occasion and the first stay was the best. Overall I am satisfied and this location is close to the office.

The customer service at this small hotel rivals that of a five star 1000 room hotel. The staff are all very nice and always very helpful. My only complaint would be that the cost is slightly high for such a small hotel. In my opinion the price could easily be $7 to $10 less than what they're charging. I've stayed with this hotel twice and never have a complaint. The rooms are very clean and the staff always very pleasant.

Cheap. Wanted criminals and prostitutes next door, pornography on TV this hotel was shady as sahdy can be. the first thing that popped up on TV was pornography, followed by two more channels of it. Also, prostitutes and a wanted felon were arrested from the rooms on either side of ours. i would not recommend this motel to anyone traveling with children. i wouldn't suggest this motel to anyone.

Surprised by the newness of the bathroom and wash area. Great value for the price. In a good neighborhood, conveniently close to restaurants, groceries, etc. Will stay here in my next trip to the Los Angeles area.

Close walk to downtown Brea and the Improv. The rooms are a bit small. The staff was nice and polite, the rooms were clean though small. The best part is you can walk out of your hotel and right to downtown Brea. It's really close.
