The location of this hotel was great! There was plenty of shopping around including one of my favorite places...IKEA!!! The rooms were very cozy and accomodating. We loved the kitchenette :)

This was a very nice hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It would be a great place to stay for longer than a weekend. The kitchen amenities were wonderful. The hot breakfast varied from day to day which was nice. All staff were friendly and helpful. I will certainly look for this chain when traveling in the future. It was nice to be so close to great shopping and food as well!!!

The room was large and comfortable and very clean and well kept. A large comfortable sofa kept you from sitting on your bed all the time.

Modern designed hotel, clean, location. Swimming pool, hotel staff not friendly.

Upon arrival to the hotel, we were greeted by each employee we saw. Room was beautiful and perfect for us. Traveling with a toddler, they had a crib in our room within 15 minutes. Hotel grounds were nice and the happy hour they offered was very nice. The only complaint I have is that when we saw the room had a DVD player, we went and rented videos. When returning, we found that the DVD player didn't work. Two employees tried to figure out what was wrong to no avail. Since the DVD's were wired, they couldn't exchange the players out. Situation was taken care of when I explained the issue to the manager, with the receipt, she apologized and issued credit. This was a great hotel and excellent price. My family and I look forward to staying there again!

I picked this hotel because of it's proximity to the Woodfield Mall, the price, and the offer of breakfast included. I was pleasantly surprised by the "studio" suite having an included FULL kitchen with microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, stove and oven, sink AND dishwasher. The cupboards were even stocked with plates, silverware, glasses, serving utensils, everything needed to cook and serve a meal. The "suite" consisted of a kitchenette, sitting area, sleeping area (all connected), and a large bathroom. I was also pleasantly surprised by a large flatscreen television. The included breakfast was served in a pleasant dining area in the lobby of the hotel and included scrambled eggs, hash, french toast, four kinds of bread for toasting and numerous choices of jellys and jams, fresh fruit, two kinds of muffins, numerous cereals, and juices, milk, or Starbucks coffee. The breakfast was much nicer than the routine continental breakfast most other chains serve. The hotel is located about 1/2 mile from the Woodfield Mall and there are several nice restaurants nearby. I would definately stay at the Hyatt in the future.

This hotel is in a great location but the room was too small for four People. The toilet leaked and we could not get towels after the front desk told us we would get them. More suited for couples.

The customer service was great. Our room smelled like smoke. The layout of the room was nice. The bed was very comfortable and so was the sofa. The hot tub was nice and so was the exercise room. I was not impressed with the breakfast but overall I really enjoyed my stay.

This is a great hotel to stay at! The room was very nice and modern with laminate flooring and nice furniture. There was a 32' lcd tv with dvd player also The kitchenette is very well appointed with a full-sized fridge, cooktop, toaster and microwave, not to mention dishes and flatware. The breakfast in the morning was a lot better thank I expected with eggs, sausage, french toast, starbucks coffee and other bread items. The best part of all was the weekend rate of X for a studio room. I definitely recommend staying here.

The room was much more spacious and comfortable than I imagined and the breakfasts were excellent - great variety of foods both hot and cold. The hitches were minor - a less than fully functional remote meant no in room movie purchase and the business center with a printer was not working the entire time we were there - i was hoping to print out a couple of things. The pool and fitness center were very clean and had great equipment. I'm planning to stay there again on my next trip to th northwest suburbs of Chicago

There was a loud group of drunken 20 somethings some of whom walked around without shoes on. There was not enough food available during breakfast and the seating area was crowded. Also, room temperature was hard to control. The hide-a-bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. This is a very nice hotel, but would only stay again if at a reduced price or on a business trip during the week.

We were very impressed. The room was great - hardwood floors, nice kitchen, flat screen tv, lots of pillows on the bed...The breakfast was excellent as well. The rooms were very well insulated. Walking down the hallway, you would hear TVs playing very loudly. Once you entered your room, you couldn't hear a thing. We thought there was a problem with the TV. However, the problem was that the power cord had become disconnected from the back of the TV when it was moved to face the bed or the sofa. Our only complaint was with the TV remote. The batteries were weak. We will DEFINITELY stay here again when we return to the area!

Willingness of staff to assist with requests. Easy to find, near to shopping centers, clean, well-lit, friendly staff, nice pool, shuttle to mall. Would stay again.

The bed was not as comfortable for me as I liked. The hotel was extremely well situated for access to shopping and great restaurants. I found it simple to navigate to and fro I-90. It was quiet, clean, decor was upscale and the small kitchenette welcome. Great for business or leisure travel. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well lay out to allow quick access without bumping others or getting in the way of other diners.

Very nice rooms, nice amenities. Flat panel TV, kitchenette were excellent. An excellent breakfast in the morning, an LCD TV, high speed internet (wired and wireless), very comfortable bed. What more could you ask? This place was great.

Brand new, and tastefully appointed. Large TV and beautiful kitchen area. Remodeling. We were very pleased with our room and the location. However, when we went to use the pool- the room was closed for remodeling. The breakfast buffet was remarkable. Lovely lobby with fireplace.

Room was a suite with kitchenette, flat panel TV & DVD player, cute and very clean. It was under construction while we were there and the hallways smelled of paint and had construction dust. Apparently this hotel is being converted from Hawthorne Suites to a Hyatt. I imagine we got the great deal because it was under construction. It's located nearby Woodfield Mall. The room was cute, clean, and comfortable with great amenities. Free wireless with a workstation, kitchenette, DVD player, free breakfast. Unfortunately, the pool/Jacuzzi was closed while we were there, but they did offer free access to Bally's with room key. It was a fantastic deal for the money, and the hotel will be top-notch once the construction is complete.
