We stayed at this hotel while visiting colleges for my daughter and took a side trip to site see in Philadelphia. The room was very spacious for our family of five. The breakfast was adequate with some hot foods as well as cereal and fresh fruit. My kids said that the sofa bed was comfortable.

Breakfast. Nothing. This was a great place to stay. The rooms are comfortable, clean and appealing. The design with a small kitchen was perfect for our extended stay. We really like the hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Summerfield Suites! Super friendly staff, very nice room and lovely hot breakfast. Great price for a weekend getaway.

I would stay here again. And, I would recommend to family and friends. It is clean, spacious, and free breakfast is included. Also, close enough to major roadways, malls, and restaurants.

Our room was very clean and roomy. We like the full-size refrigerator, 800 watt microwave, 2 burner stovetop, toaster oven, dishwasher and the plates, cups, utensils. Very convenient when you have children. In the hallway, there was still the smell of construction but not in the room. Unfortunately, they only have one bank of two elevators and we had to share them with the construction crew. The air/heat unit is sensor activated - so when no one is around (or moving), the unit shuts off. Same thing with the TV - shut off on both nights we were there. The bathroom area had plenty of room to move around in for two people - plenty of counter space and big closet (closet and sink were outside of the bathroom and tub). We were very comfortable.

This it the hotel we spent our first night together one year ago. Room was a little rough, carpet in bad shape but clean. The room needed some improvement but they are currently making some renovations to the rooms. Hotel sits about 150 yard away from road so its very peaceful. The staff was extremely friendly. Had issue with AC upon check in and it was addressed in 5 minutes and fixed in 15! Very cozy hotel with nice efficiency kitchen. Hotel has a special place in our hearts and we will stay here every year. No restaurant inside hotel but anything you want within a 5 mile radius.

Stayed for 4 days - we had a one-bedroom suite and a two-bedroom suite. Rooms also had pull-out queen-size sofa bed. Rooms were large and clean, beds were nice, TV's in living rooms and in bedrooms. Kitchenettes in rooms were nice - large fridge, stovetop, real dishes and silverware, dishwasher. Coffee maker with free coffee. Fitness center looked nice, though we didn't use it. Front desk staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. 24-hour business center offered 4 computers and 2 printers, all for free (!!) I also needed to do copying, so I went to Kinko's just down the street. (I didn't ask the desk staff if they could do it.) Free wireless internet in the rooms also worked well. Location is definitely suburban but convenient to highways, large malls and shopping centers. Free breakfast and dinner-hour snacks are included - but these are the only area that could use improvement -these were not always the most exciting, which is OK with me, but the QUANTITY was not always adequate - and the staff seemed to have problems keeping up with the demand - for food and for dishes to put it on. (HINT to staff - if there are some condiments needing to be replenished and there are also no plates at all - please bring more plates out BEFORE you refill the salsa!) However, this is relatively minor issue- overall this was a great bargain and I would definitely stay again.

Spent the week in a 2 BR suite. Large and spacious rooms with all the amenities of home. Rooms were clean and well-kept. Breakfast choices varied day by day and the quality and quantity was very good. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Staff went the extra mile to find me an excellent place close by to go running in the mornings. Location of hotel made for easy access to all destinations in all directions. Only negative was that the pool was closed for the season though the temperatures were unseasonably warm for the first week in October (in the low 80's). Would have been nice if pool and hot tub were available. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff were super frendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and much bigger that i expected, whch was a nice suprise. My favorite thing was the business center with the computers.

The suite worked wonderful with 2 small children under the age of 3. It took us awhile to find the garbage cans that they had hidden under cabinets. Soap in the kitchen would have been helpful. The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and had a lot of variety to pick from. I'm not a pet lover so having pets wandering in the hall was a turn off. But I would definitely stay there again.

This place is very nice. The rooms are big and clean. The staff is very friendly. Directions to the hotel as listed on travelocity, are wrong!! Finding the place was the only bad part of the trip!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was nice every morning. There was a nice pool and hot tub in the court yard, but it rained and I did not use them. The location was close to highway access and and a large shopping mall.

The location was off the main street, yet easily accessible.

This well kept facility has extremely large rooms, with a kitchen area, 2 TV's, excellent bedding, and quiet. The breakfast had limited hot choices and no cut fruit on the day we stayed. However, for comfortable multi-person accomodations and restful sleeping, it is among the best, at moderate prices."

We stay at the Summerfield Suites every summer when we go home to visit my friends and family and have yet to be disappointed with the hotel. The facilities are gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is amazing! We haven't been able to make the cocktail hours ever, but can only assume they're excellent too.

. Excellent experience.Very nice surprise after spending a long day out with 3 young children. Having cooking capability was wonderful since we were too tired to go out. Full breakfast buffet was great. We only stayed one night, but I wish it was longer.

Rooms are nice, but the guest services are not up-to-par. Housekeeping did not come to change towels, sheets, or clean up on the 2nd day. Any time you need something (i.e. extra towels), you have to go to the front desk yourself instead of the staff making the delivery to the room. Breakfast is so-so.

The Hyatt worked out great for my business trip to PA. I would stay there again.

It is an all suite hotel. Great value. This hotel is located off a main street and was convenient to get to the highway. Major Mall located nearby. The room was comfy and very clean. It's a great value for the money. Would stay here again.
