This hotel was perfect for my business trip. I was relocating to the Dallas- Ft. Worth area for work and needed a nice suite type hotel to stay in while looking for a permanent residence. The room was very comfortable and clean. I loved the office area in the room and the free newspaper at the door each morning was a nice touch. The business center was convenient.Having a laundry room on-premises was also very nice. The front office staff were very kind and helpful. One of the clerks even gave me great recommendations on parts of town to move to. My only complaint is that the maid forgot to refill the bath tissue twice. (That's the only reason the staff got a 4 star instead of a 5 star) Other than that it was wonderful.

Comfortable room and extra nice breakfasts. Comfortable, easy to find, close to shopping and Eisemann Center, clean, and breakfasts were very nice.

Stayed here before a recruiting visit for my son to UT-Dallas. Check-in was very fast, pleasant and efficient. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy and really enjoyed the large screen flat panel TV. All in all, a very nice stay. Also they have a very good free hot breakfast.

We had a difficult time finding a hotel in the area by using the Internet and found this one by luck. What a great stay. The hotel location was great, the staff was super helpful, the breakfast was yummy and the room was really clean and comfortable. I even commented to the hotel staff that it looked like no one had ever stayed in our room before. It had a flat screen TV, big pullout couch, full size fridge and was recently remodeled. We will definitely be staying here again. Just ask for a room away from an elevator, they ding kind of loud. I hope this helps, have a great stay!

The Hyatt Summerfield Suites in Richardson is a pleasant place to stay. It's location off one of the the main highways was only minutes away for reason being in Dallas area.

Clean, attractive interior, full kitchen and great breakfast. AC was too hot or too cold. This hotel was in a convenient location, quiet, was maintained and lovely pool. Breakfast was excellent and included eggs/sausage/potatoes and variety of breads. TV was too close to bed and can't watch laying down.

The suites are well-maintained, had comfortable and crispy clean beds, linens and towels. The building where we stayed offered a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I have two daughters who have certain idiosyncrasies with food so i really appreciate the kitchenette which had most of what i need for a few nights PLUS the utensils are super-clean. How I wish they had room service, and it would have been heaven. Starbucks coffee was served with a satisfying, hot breakfast. I would love to stay there again. It was well worth what we had paid for.

Honestly, one of the better values out there. A suite for the price of a room, Flat LCD TV, full (small) kitchen and sitting area.. For any non-executive business traveler, this is great. I consistently get a great rate (when you think added taxes) from Travel agency. The rooms are comfortable, clean &quiet, very convenient location for any N. Dallas work and with free full breakfast & light evening fare it surpasses most places. All it needs is take-out dishes for in-room snacking.

The breakfast buffet was good. We especially liked the floor plan of the hotel room. It was like a complete studio with kitchen , refrig, oven, and microwave, had a sense of home. It was really convenience for someone who likes to stay in the city for a week and and live like a home. The location was conveniently located, not far away to downtown, shopping cnetre and major attractions.

DVD player in the room. Eggs runny. Great hotel, staff, room and very close to our division office.

There is no such thing as Hyatt Summerfield Suites Richardson. The phone number they give you is disconnected. Directory assistance cannot find such a hotel. Other Hyatts near Richardson say it's not a Hyatt property. I had a reservation, but now I am trying to get my money back.

Free Internet and kitchen is ready to use. It's perfect.

The suite was extremely comfortable and very clean. I enjoyed having a room that was more like a small apartment than a hotel room. There was, however, a lot of between-room noise. Great price!

Very Friendly Staff. Free hot breakfast and free internet. Location just a little iffy for safety and security.

I was quite surprised to find out how conveniently located the suites were to most every place I needed to go. Room size was great. Cannot think of anything. I did not respond to the restaurant question, becauseI did not eat there.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The room had a sectional as well as a partial wall separation from the bed. There was a full kitchen. It had good amenities we didn't use. We wished we could stay another day! We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

Free hot breakfast. I liked everything. Easy to find, gorgeous room with kitchen, very helpful, responsive and friendly staff.

The rooms were large, well-laid out, nice colors & amenities. Really liked the kitchen! Hard to get to coming North on I-35 crossing all lanes of traffic quickly to get to the entrance. Plus there steps to rooms-hard with luggage. This was a great hotel. Nice amenities. They had a happy hour in the evening with free wine, beer and soft drinks and a great spread of munchies. Quiet, for the most part, nice layout of buildings and rooms. Probably one of the nicest places I've stayed this year. Ramps, instead of steps to get into building with luggage would be nice.

Easy access, location, spacious surroundings, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, rooms in small buildings. Suggest you consider some means of shading for outdoor pool on hot, sunny days. Most enjoyable visit here. Separate buildings for quarters is very relaxing. Do not see crowds of people everywhere. Quiet surroundings despite high motor traffic and business setting.

Loved that we had all we needed and then some! AC unit in closet was loud. It was a great place to stay. We love priceline! Great continental breakfast!
