My wife and I went to the Boston aquarium and stayed at the hotel that night. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, anything we needed they helped us right away. Also the room was great, it had tons of room and it was spotless. I would definitely stay there again

It was a bargain for the amenities. Nothing. It was a great hotel with a lot to do there and a lot in the area to do and eat.

The best front desk staff I have seen. X was great. He was knowledgable and helpful and the GM came out and said hello and was curious how my stay was. You never see the GM in a Hotel unless it you trip over them. By far the best Hotel in Boston/Burlington and close to Raytheon office across the street.

I brought my parents from Rochester NY to attended my daughters high school musical @ Burlington High School. The hotel was right down the road from the school. My parents, who hardly ever stay in hotels couldn't believe what a nice place it was and they were very happy with their bed as well. I found a flower shop and grocery store less than 2 minutes from the hotel. The room was clean, and the beds comfortable. The only bad thing was (and this wasn't a major problem) the satellite TV kept going out while we were watching both nights. We didn't come to watch TV so like i said, it was no big deal. Next time i'll have to stay in the summer to enjoy the pool. The breakfast was just right. More than enough to choose from and my daughter and i even ate eggs. (we rarely eat eggs) The suite provided us with the extra room to entertain a little while visiting and also gave us a chance to share a room and yet be able to have each our privacy. I have stayed at the Hyatt Summerfield before and liked it. I was very happy that my experience was just as good if not better the second time around. I even got a chance to share something with my 80 year old mother who has never seen a computer in action. She was amazed at the convenience and the nice room the computers were in. Everyone using the computers had nice things to say to one another. Harmony! I used the work out facilities both mornings and i was very please with the choice of equipment. I would most definitely stay there again the next time i visit Burlington. Thank you from me and my family for a once in a life time adventure.

Free parking & internet, very accessible to greater Boston area. Temperature in hotel too hot! Very comfortable for our stay. We were traveling with our son, so the pull-out bed and separate TVs were a plus. Great to have free parking & internet, free access to business office. Breakfast buffet was very good, handy to have laundry on site. If we travel to the area again, we would definitely consider staying there.

We stayed two nights over the Columbus Day weekend. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Facilities were clean. Only about a 10 minute ride to the train station so we didn't have to drive into Boston. Only complaint was that the plates and food were not restocked fast enough at breakfast.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. I was attending a class at Microtek and was close. Shuttle took me there.

Lots of hotels of this sort seem similiar. This hotel was distinctive for their friendly service by the staff. I found everything I needed, and the local shuttle service was prompt and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a roomy, above average stay. For me number one importance is cleanliness,I was very satisfed, breakfast was fine, after all it was free! I stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom suite, my kids were in another room, for a regular hotel price! I could not have ask for anything better.

Contrary to the other opinions. This Hotel is impeccable and CLEAN. I have stayed in every Hotel in Bulrington and this is by far the cleanest and most friendly. The management was awesome and the Manager even drove me to my work in Bedford so I did not have to take a cab. The breakfast was great. The rooms were super clean. Close to teh Mall and the New mall which has ""Capital Grill.where I had to wait, but had the best dinner and glass of wine in a while. If you have any problems ask for the manager. They will take care of you. I will be back

The maids didn't clean the rooms properly, the public bathrooms weren't kept up and the hall way smelled of vomit

Very clean, Very nice rooms, some of the staff was very helpful. Make sure to pack up your stuff every night that you stay, it will end up missing after the housekeeping staff cleans your room. The room was remarkable, king size bed, small kitchen with every room felt homely, some of the staff was very helpful, we had a nice time, but when we prepared to leave we found some items missing, example ( hair Straighter ) ect. We asked to speak to the manager and told he was sick 4 days passed, we called and it seemed we just get blown off, so were sending them a bill for a new hair straighter because there not cheap.

The suite aspect that included a small kitchen and roll away sofa bed for grandson, separate living area for husband to watch basket ball on TV. Nothing.

"We blocked rooms here for my ""wedding weekend"". We reserverd the function room and they did a great job! Everyone that came had a grand time!!"

Free wireless, complimentary breakfast. The room seemed cold and took a while to get warmed up. Outstanding facility and outstanding staff. I would be thrilled if every trip to this area resulted in a stay at the Hyatt Summerfield Suites.
