This was absolutely the best hotel I have stayed in years. We had two teenage daughters and they had their own private room on the other side of the suite. The internet access was free and the room was spotless and clean. Everything in the room an hotel worked. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning as it was different every day and the staff was very quick to refill any items.I would like to note that [...] and [...] at the front desk should be commended for their service. They could have not been better. We will be looking for Summerfield Suites in our future travels

HDTV in living room and bedroom. No hotel bar. I was very impressed by the apartment-style layout of the room, tastefully designed and spacious.

My husband, two young kids and I stayed here one evening in June. I wish we could have stayed longer! The suite had a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a sectional couch and a separate bedrtoom. The free breakfast was good too!

Room was as expected, clean and spacious. Internet system was a disapointment. Most hotels have wireless, this hotel does not. They did however have cords you could barrow.

Four of us (my sister, her husband, my husband, and I)shared a 2 bedroom suite and it was great! Separate bedrooms and baths with living area and kitchen in-between. We were visiting my niece (my sister's daughter) and her fiance and the location was great and only about 10-15 minutes from their house. Great buffet breakfast each day and the fitness room had a nice variety of cardio-machines and free weights. No time to get in the pool but it looked very nice, too.

Spacious, well-equipped suite, big free breakfast. Housekeeping staff opened the door without knocking at 9:00 a.m. Convenient location, real suites, swimming pool make this a great spot for families or business travelers. Rates are very low on Fridays and Saturdays, but pricey the rest of the week.

Rooms are awesome and best part of the hotel - spacious, very clean and nicely decorated! So quiet at night in the hotel it seemed! Beds uber-comfy!!! Breakfast could use some work - but at least we walked away full. Friendly staff! Would DEFINITLY go back....

There are a lot of hotels at Exit 27 in Waltham, maybe 15 or so, and I've stayed in 7 of them. The suites are large and thoughtfully designed. The furniture is decent. The pillows aren't bad. I already thought this was the best hotel in Waltham, but now that I've started cooking my own food while traveling, I have to say, it's a godsend. The Extended Stay Deluxe next door gives you some flatware, a couple plates, bowls, a pot, a pan and that's it. The Hyatt Summerfield gives you a vegetable peeler, several pots and pans, dishwashing liquid, a cutting board, spatulas, and a bunch more. It's not a chef's kitchen or anything, but you can definitely get by in it. At the Extended Stay you're in trouble if you try to prepare anything more than ramen noodles. I've also stayed at the Westin a lot, which I would say is the second best place in Waltham. If you do want a restaurant and bar in your hotel, the Hyatt Summerfield doesn't have it, but they do have free breakfasts and free "evening socials", which is a lot of mediocre food and soft drinks served buffet-style from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.

Friendly check in staff. Noisy air conditioning. Stay was okay.

Overall this is a nice hotel but the cleanliness of our room was not good. The rooms have kitchenettes and a previous guest had cooked seafood. The whole room stunk awful. The saving grace was a pretty good continental breakfast with eggs, hash browns and lots of other stuff. Would prefer a Residence Inn over this place. Could have been 3-4 stars if the room did not smell. Beds were huge and pretty comfy. Furniture in living room was 3/4 scale.

Loved the king size bed and 2 room with TV's in both rooms. Enjoyed the use of the exercise room. Hot tub closed while visiting and weather condtions poor to check out the pool. It was nice to have a kithcen area in the rooms. Only complaint was the breakfast. It had a nice selection of food but some of the hot food was not too fresh and cold (ie. waffles and french toast).

We received an upgrade to a suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen/dining/work area, and living room. We were very pleased with the spaciousness. The breakfast was outstanding!

Stayed in a two bedroom, two bath suite with huge living room and full kitchen. Could easily accommodate family of five. Full breakfast was excellent. Only problem: pool was out of order.

Great price. Free breakfast and dinner. Location was convenient but area felt a bit industrial. The hotel was nearly new, and was a suite with separate bedroom, living area, and full kitchen area. Tastefully decorated and super comfortable with a tremendous amount of space. The ability to shut door to the bedroom and separate from living area is great when sharing room with spouse as then possible to get up at different times and not wake other. The free breakfast and evening social period (with essentially a full dinner buffet) was a bonus I didn't expect. The food selection was not large but the price-free-was right. We could have spent as much on dinner alone as we did for the entire room.

We stayed in a 2 room suite. We were traveling with another couple and the room was very suitiable for this. We both had our own bathrooms just off our bedrooms. The kitchen and sitting room was large and gave space for us to play cards, talk and watch TV. Having a TV in both rooms and the living space was great. The staff were very helpful, kind and sweet. They had not problem googling maps for us to travel around the city.(since we forgot to)

Consistent excellence in every categories-window open-fresh air. Consistently, reliably excellent in every respect. Clean, courteous staff, fresh smell, windows open so there's fresh air flow if desired, well appointed, beautifully designed rooms. Comfortable, clean sleeping accommodation, nice adequate breakfast gives the day a nice start.

Nothing. No comps had to pay for Internet13 $ a day just ridiculous. I stayed at the Hyatt two days earlier and it was a three star hotel and it was much better . The hotel was nice in common areas but just ridiculous pricing and small rooms.

Rooms spacious, multiple TV's andcomfortable furnishings. Supper and breakfast buffets had too little food (ran out of most items) and food was of mediocre quality. Good value for traveling with children.
