location, upscale shower curtain too short. Located right between IKEA and Woodfield shopping mall, this hotel could not be in a better spot to see it all in Schamburg, IL. Clean, good sized rooms, recently updated, comfortable beds. Excellent place and great buy.

Sections of the hotel are closed off for renovation but the open areas are well maintained and clean, although wear is evident. The hotel staff members were extremely helpful and pleasant. We had travel cancellations due to weather and very tired children - the staff (all of them - from bell service to maids) were most helpful, staying with our problems until everything was solved. We were really glad we stayed in a hotel that had full amenities - we did not want to have to drive in a snowstorm. This hotel was great.

The Lobby was beautiful but the rooms were not. We even had dirty towels left in our room upon check in. It was not at all what we expected for a Hyatt. We would never stay at this Hyatt again or recommend it to a friend :(

Our stay was great! The hotel is located in a great location, in the middle of Schaumburg with a whole bunch of fun things to do minutes away. The room was beautiful. There was an indoor and outdoor pool with a very pretty outside area. We will definitely be back!

Extremely clean, modern, very up to date, and great staff. Lack of vending machines. We had the best time and if in the area would seek out this hotel to stay at again. Will not disappoint!

In room decorations were amazing; refrigerator in room. Parking lot is at the total opposite end of the front desk. This hotel is fabulous! The rooms are awesome and have top-notch furnishings. Additionally, the staff goes above and beyond the call of duty to welcome you and ensure satisfaction. The hotel is located in a prime shopping district and is wonderfully close to stores, malls and fine dining. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was very friendly, pleasant and generally accomodating. The hotel is being updated and some of the rooms had some defects. Our party had had a closet door that came off it's hinges, a tub stopper that leaked and a bypass valve that didn't work properly between the shower and tub. They placed us in a room over an outdoor wedding reception that blared music until 12 M. Seems to me that the reasonable assignment would have wedding party members only in this room. We had difficulty getting an adequate response when an item was thought left behind in the room. After four phone calls over a nearly 12 hour period we were told if the item was found it would be sent to us at our expense. The problem could have been solved more promptly by timely checking with the cleaning person, their log of found property and a call to the room, if occupied. I would have expected a more timely inquiry and response.

The employees that I encountered were friendly and helpful even though very busy. I don't understand why the bottom sheets aren't fitted. Excellent location; close to shopping; easy access to expressway; helpful friendly staff; rooms very quiet; have sunscreen on windows to keep sun rays out.

The check in went smooth, we had a room on the first floor, we had to go downstairs, no ramp, a little difficult with luggage! The room was very large, the bed was comfortable but that's where it ended. The bathroom was very small you had to stand next to the toilet to shut the door. The bathroom smelled like urine and made me gag every time I went in there. House- keeping had a issue giving us 2 washcloths! The hotel was very noisy there were small kids running up and down the halls after midnight. The room next to us had crying baby. Housekeeping started to vacumn outside our room starting at 6:30am. Day of check our first knock at the door from housekeeping was at 8:00am even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door, there was a knock at the door every hour after 8:00am(check out was at noon). We were very upset and will never stay there again!

The personal at the front desk who helped me checked in was some how rude and I asked for a full size bed and i got 2 beds bedroom. Also, the shower was broken. Other than that the hotel was fine and location was great.

Decor. Room air is hazardous. This is not a safe hotel if you are allergic to feathers. The feathers from pillow were visibly floating in the air. They changed the room but the other room had the same problem. Hotel manager did not offer us any medical help for allergic reaction both of us (husband and wife) had. Even after 3 days, I am still suffering from it - coughing and all.

Contemporary decor. Wireless internet charge. This hotel was amazing. The decor was very contemporary and the accommodations were great. The staff was very helpful and printed out directions for us for each destination that we wanted to go to.
