Great location- only blocks away from restaurants and clubs. Our room was very clean with a great view overlooking the CN tower (we were on the 19th floor). Will definitely stay in this hotel the next time I'm in Toronto.

One day parking fee of $25. It met all my expectations for location and conveniences I wished for as I was attending my daughters convocation at nearby University of Toronto.

This hotel is the best hotel I?ve stayed in Toronto! Not only was the staff friendly and helpful, the room I stayed in was great! The beds were soooooooooooo comfortable! The hotel itself is a great location- only blocks away from restaurants and clubs. I ate at 3 of the restaurants right across the street from the hotel and all of them were great- Urban, Kitkat, St. Tropez. I also ate breakfast in the hotel's restaurant which was also very good. The bars in the hotel were great too!! I would most definitely recommend staying at this hotel!!

Location is great! Restaurants, shopping, transportation right out the door! The internet price we received was 159 but we paid 222. We were promised a free refrig. in Feb., didn't get it. Asked conciere for ticket info & times, never got back to us. Canada way more expensive than ever expected, 16% tax!! Take the yellow dbl. decker bus tour, see Casa Loma, but bring lots of if you want to shop anywhere. Chinatown a waste unless you want produce. Try Cora's around the corner for breakfast.

The hotel was amazing, including its staff. The hotel was in the middle of Times Square, great location and easily accessible. The hotel itself was impecable, including the room. The staff was extremely attentive at all time. I recommend the Marriott Marquis!

Great location! The trolley stops out front; drugstore nextdoor sells tokens or daily passes; subway 2 blocks away. Great down comforters and nice pillows, although mattress was a bit too hard. Comedy club in the basement and Second City is across the street. The view from the rooftop pool, with the CN Tower in the background was breath-taking. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We parked at the hotel underground Parking Lot (paying 25 dollars per night). The next morning we found out somebody broke into (broken window) the car and stole our things. The parking lot is completely unattended and not safe. We needed to stay another night to get the car fixed but they hotel was asking more money that I paid for the first night. Very bad experience. THe hotel is not responsible for the security of their parking lot.

Location. Nothing. We enjoyed our stay, everything was as expected, and location was perfect for the attraction we went for.

Near all the great shops, walking distance to the best attractions, a block from princess of wales theatre! The restraunt downstairs is excellent, though it's in the hotel so kinda pricy but totally worth it (don't bother with the breakfast buffet, there's better out and about). The service staff was friendly and great, rooms nice and clean.

A nice hotel, i was in Toronto for a wedding and decided to stay and vacation for a few days. It was relaxing, there is a nice, although small pool. Centrally located in downtown toronto, a few blocks from the CN tower, lots of food and shopping nearby and a few minutes from the subway to get you anywhere else you want to go. Friendly staff and helpful concierge.

The workout room. The elevators - very inconsistent. It is apparent that this used to be the Holiday Inn and they are working at getting it to Hyatt Regency Standards. Consistent elevator function would help. Great workout room and view from pool deck. Comfortable beds.

The Hotel was beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was in a great location close to restaurants, shopping, and the CN tower. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place and would stay there again without question. My only issue I had with the place was the parking. The garage was hard to drive through and it cost $25/night! But again, it was a wonderful experience!

New, good quality, efficient, professional atmosphere. No fridge. Large roomy upscale hotel that has a business feel. Everything is efficient, modern and professional. Breakfast was superb. All services were excellent.

This hotel was great. We had a King room and requested a view of the CN Tower. When we got upstairs it was right outside the window. Gorgeous room and a gorgeous view. Easy to walk to restaurant, shops and tourist attractions. Great hotel and helpful. The bell man was extremely nice and helpful - answered all of our questions. I would definately recommend this hotel and stay there again when visiting this area.

The view was wonderful, the pool area is great. Room with 2 double beds was quite cramped, not enough vanity surface.

The hotel is located on King St. Around the hotel are a few clubs and the nightlife in the area is great. As for the hotel itself; the room was contemporary and I was pleased with the design. The standard guestroom is a tad small. The glass shower is beautiful. My only other issue besides the size of the standard guestroom would have to be the parking; but that is an issue you will have within any city.

It was very modern. You could hear people talking in the next room (through the walls) clearly. This is a problem we find in a lot of hotels. The walls are too thin!

The Hyatt is located within walking distance to CN Tower and shopping. Directly across from the hotel are lots of great dining. The room is newly renovated, exceptionally clean and comfortable and check-in was superior.

Extremely clean and new decor. Very fresh. Breakfast buffet was exactly the same both mornings. Very friendly staff. Decor sleek, very modern. Extremely clean hotel. Room was spacious and bright. Bathroom pristine.
