The hotel was absolutely first class!! The rooms were actually the beautiful luxurious rooms I viewed on the website. Extremely nice hotel for the price!! Granite countertops, nice and clean overall. Was out of town visiting my son, daughter and grandchildren I would definately come here again, for sure!! Been to other hotels and none compare to this one.

Lovely clean room with an excellent location. We could not get the room cooler than 72 f and it was dark (needed more lights). Excellent location convenient to downtown Denver area as well as shopping at Park Meadow Mall. Very clean and well-appointed room that could use more lights.

The hotel was very nice, with all the accomodations it stated. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. We were met out front by the Guest Services clerk, who offered to help us with our bags. The night clerk on duty was very friendly and gave us a lot of help. The location was very quite and we were shuttled to places close by. It is far from some places in Denver, but located right off of the Interstate, which made it easy to get around. I would definately stay again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Denver.

Room was fine, security was good (including safe in room). Breakfast was available on each floor; straightforward bread, coffee and cereal available. But the extra charges ?!? for "self parking" (I parked in gloomy underground garage). /day for internet access?? And the access is for EITHER ethernet (plug-in) or Wi-Fi, but not both! Prices in the (many) shops on ground floor were outrageous as well. Even the Starbucks was more expensive than downtown Washington DC.

My first greeting by the doormen and a gentleman from Africa at the front desk, was exceptional. After that everyone else was average. The pool was much smaller than it looked in the photo and it was packed with kids. They need a separate kiddie pool. This is after all; a business area. Also The distance the hotel lobby from the parking garage is a hike. The lobby decor was a bit out dated. On the flip side the rooms were immaculate and nicely decorated. The walls were thin- I could here an entire conversation a mother had with her son next door. Her voice was raised but she was not shouting and I could hear every word! While the bed was big with a pillow top cover and down comforter- it was a extremely firm and the sheets where like wood (very low thread count.) The bathroom was small. The door bangs into the tub when fully opened. The tub was small too. The flat screen TV picture was of low quality. So all in all the room looked nice and was very clean but that is the most I can say on the positive side.

Always friendly and welcoming. Conference areas not closed off, so guests can hear loud conference attendees. Great place to stay, convenient location, friendly staff, wonderful workout room and pool. Always feel comfortable, no matter what we are wearing. Sixteen month old daughter enjoys it too.

rooms are up to date with good beds and the thermostat actually works.

The room was great, and it was a great home-away-from-home on our holiday stay. Service was excellent, and our room was clean and seemed newly redecorated. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. It was a bargain with the special rate (Drive-Inn Movie rate). The workout facility was top notch for a hotel. My only complaint was the hot tub -- way too small (and we had planned in swimming and hot tub time into our trip, so it was a little bit of a disappointment in that regard). Otherwise, excellent.

I had higher expectations for this hotel based on the information presented in the Orbitz website. Room was decent, and location-wise it was near major highways, but it required several blocks worth of twisting and turning to get on and off the highway. Had to replace remote because of dead batteries. Cable selection was abysmal: only about 20 channels. I was also shocked at having to pay $15/day for internet access! Coffee machine was also a lukewarm pathetic device. I just kept noticing a tendency to skimp wherever possible.

Very clean, nice flat screen TV, friendly staff, great for business travelers. Had some trouble accessing the internet, would prefer to not have an added charge for accessing the internet.

The renovations were over and it was very beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the swimming area great. I would stay there again.

My biggest surprise is that you have to pay for the internet. Even 2 stars motels have it for free, plus Breakfast included) I think a cup of coffee and a bagel wouldn't ruin the Hyatt chain.

Location wasupscale. Bar was a bit noisy. Nice, upscale hotel, central location, easy freeway access, comfortable accommodations and reasonable parking fee.

We loved the heated indoor pool and fitness room. They had iced towels in the work out room and equipment was maintained in excellent shape. Friendly service. Parking and wifi fees were annoying esp. on the weekend. One night's event on the top floor made parking difficult and kept us up because of loud music. Construction could be a problem. Ask for a room that will be minimally affected by noise and disturbance of rennovations.

Nice hotel away from downtown trafic, because this is far away from downtown you will get an excellent price for a 4 start hotel. The breakfast buffet was pretty good.

Wonderful bed and linens, great views, and super TV! The breakfast buffet was sub-standard, and they charge $10 for parking. The cantaloupe was literally overly ripe and had a nasty smell/taste to it. The food in the breakfast buffet was poor; they should lower the price a little for guests and vastly improve the quality of the food. No strawberries were even present, just dated cantaloupe and watermelon. The parking should be included in the price, also.

We stayed here at the beginning and at the end of a ski trip. pleasant surprise. good service at check in--very clean rooms. low rates on weekends. If you need a day to acclimate before heading up the mountain, this is the place.

My trip at the Hyatt Denver Tech Center was unparalleled! My 9 year old son, Jack, and I traveled there together with our dog, Rosie, to have a nice, fun, exciting and relaxing weekend. Not many hotels are now pet friendly, not only is the Hyatt pet friendly they even had a dog bed for us!! My son was so entertained the entire weekend, we played basketball together with the most amazing backdrop of the snow-capped Colorado rocky mountains! It was breathtaking! That basketball court was one of a kind and by far the most exhilarating view ever! The staff was remarkable. We even developed a relationship with our housekeeper [...], can you tell me you have ever even known your housekeepers name? She was very through, our room was immaculate and she took concern for us and our daily activities. The food at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. I was very surprised by the quality, generous portions and reasonable pricing. On the weekends Hyatt even sets up a beautiful omelet to order and waffle station in the restaurant. It was perfect for my son and me! I even indulged in a relaxing message in their treatment room while my son played in the pool and enjoyed a few ping pong games with the other kids. I will defiantly enjoy another weekend at the Hyatt with my son and dog, what an impressing experience for me, staying here is a definite must if you are in the Denver area!
