Fine, but underwhelmed based on the price.

Everything worked - no nasty surcharges. WiFi was charged. Couldn't fault amenities.

I enjoyed the hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I loved all the amenities offered in this hotel. The hotel was in a great part of town. There were restaurants in the hotel and within walking distance which was convenient.

Outside DC and close to Dulles airport, I visited the Air & Space Museum annex close to Dulles and took the Metro(rail transport) directly into the Smithonian in the DC mall area. This is an ideal location to avoid DC traffic and still enjoy DC attractions.

Great location near shopping, restaurants, and convenient to airport.

The room rate was $319/night before my voucher discount and at that price, most general services should be inclusive. Unfortunately, they were not. Internet $9.99/day Gym $5.00/day Pool $5.00/day "Continental Breakfast" required to pay additional cost if you wanted food. I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from staying here if you are staying on your own buck. If you are staying in the Reston,VA area, I would suggest the Residence Inn in Herndon.

We had a meeting in the bar after dinner and it was quiet with excellent service. The woman who checked me in was very professional. They upgraded my room and it was perfect.

The hotel accommodated all my needs. The location was close to many restaurants, shops, and even a movie theater. There was all around convenience. There was no drug store nearby like CVS or Walgreens, but the hotel had a convenient little gift shop.

"I stayed at the Hyatt and attended a 3-day training session held in the hotel. The Hyatt is a beautiful hotel with very nice rooms and comfortable beds. My biggest complaint is that everything you wanted to enjoy seemed to require an additional charge, from wireless internet service to use of the gym facilities. It seems that if you pay such a high price for a room, the hotel's facilities should be included. Maybe the Hyatt should learn from some of the other hotels."

The hotel is very modern and the facilities are excellent. However the real treat is the Reston Town center which has tons of shops and restaurants. You can spend the whole vacation just walking amongst their shops. That is of course if you are bored with the sights in DC.

Excellent location and room with a great view. An upscale hotel in an excellent location with many restaurants within walking distance.

We chose this hotel due to its walking distance to some great restaurants. Most hotels near Dulles don't have access to food, especially if you are getting in on a late flight. The area by this hotel boasts 13 restaurants, including Mortons, and McCormick & Schmick's. The check-in was quick and painless. Staff was very friendly and helpful, telling us of the schedule for the shuttle to Dulles in the morning. Our room was spacious and clean, lots of towels in the bathroom. We had the breakfast buffet in the morning, it was tasty and had some good choices (steel-cut oatmeal, sausages and bacon, scrambled eggs, french toast, nut bread, croissants, lots of fresh fruit and cheese, and fresh squeezed orange juice). Service was great, however it was rather expensive for breakfast. Four negatives. 1. The air conditioning took forever to bring the room temperature down. 2. When I booked the room, I thought I was getting a free internet connection, but after check-in, I was told there was a fee. One would think with a high class hotel that they would include free internet service. After paying top dollar to stay here, this was an insult. 3. The room wasn't very soundproof, we could hear people talking in the hallways and slamming doors, and could hear water running from the shower above our room. 4. Water pressure in the shower was low, it didn't have much force but could have been better. Other than the issues listed above, I would recommend staying at this hotel. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. The staff and shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful.

Great location. We requested a 5:15AM wake up call and did not get it which could have been a disaster had we not woken up ourselves. Good experience, almost ruined by no wake up call.

"We had a delightfull time at the Hyatt Regency Reston. We were impressed when we walked into the Hyatt. Beautiful marble and elegant furnishings plus the attrium area is gorgeous. Our desk clerk was very friendlY. On their Regency floor they served us a nice continental breakfast plus appetizers & desserts at night. The views were fabulous too! The rooms were very attractive and the beds are as comfortable as they get. We enjoyed the Town Center, there are dozens of restaurants, shops and even a spa right outside the hotel."

Attended a wedding and trip went really well. Check-in was very smooth, room was also spotless. Not too cold or hot.We also received coupons for an otherwise expensive breakfast buffet which offered a variety of things! Convienent location in the middle of Reston Town Center, where there are alot of things to do. The banquet halls are also very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay again.

Very nice staff, very comfortable rooms. The weekend airport transportation didn't begin until 06:45. For early morning departures, a traveler will incur a very $25-$30. Very nice hotel. Outdoor speakers at the mall adjacent to the hotels can cause a noisy room experience but the staff gladly moved me.To list this hotel as an airport property is somewhat misleading because the traveler will incur additional taxi expense to return to the airport for pre 06:45 departures. The hotel bus service doesn't begin until 06:45 in the weekend and quits running at 22:00. If travel plans dont involve a taxi or you dont arrive or depart outside the hotel shuttle operating times, this is a great buy.

"Hyatt Reston is simply gorgeous. Rooms are elegent, beds are very comfortable & the atrium lobby area is world class. The Reston Town Center is just outside the hotel and offers a vast assortment of dining and shopping options. Well worth staying at again. "

Loved having the shops and restaurants all enclosed in the town. There wasn't anything that I didn't like. I guess I didn't like that I couldn't have stayed longer. Hotel location was excellent. We will definitely try to get the same hotel with Pricelinein the near future. We are already planning on going back within the next few months. The town center was absolutely beautiful. I loved it!
