Very classy hotel, tennis courts. Hot tub not operational. Everything was excellent aside from the hot tub not being available. The prices were extravagant for, well, everything, but the hotel was excellent.

First off, I have to praise the level of service and courtesy I received during my stay. Every staff member was helpful, friendly, and accomodating. I arrived early for a business event in the hotel. Front desk was very helpful with securing a cab to take me to a nearby mall (good shopping close by), room service was quick and friendly. And the next day at our on-site meeting we received absolutely stellar service!!!! Only drawbacks are that the food in the restaurant itself was okay. (Though our catered meals the next day were great as was room service so maybe it's because I arrived at lunchtime and this hotel mainly caters to people who are not dining on-site at the restaurant for lunch.) Also, even though it's a non-smoking property, my room absolutely smelled of smoke. Luckily, my window actually opened a crack so that helped. I'm not sure how old this property is/how long it has been a Hyatt. It's still in nice shape, but ever so slightly dated in some ways. However, I saw various signs around that they are updating the property (which is an on-going thing for all hotels I'm sure) so they appear to be working on it. Although I didn't use it, they indoor pool seemed very nice. Meeting rooms are nice.. but they're all pretty small. And the hallway is narrow so lots of noise bleed-through if they have lots of simultaneous events. This hotel is very conveniently located right off the highway, just down the road from Princeton U. and lots of shopping. A very convenient location. This fact and the across-the-board wonderfulness of the staff I encountered made for a pleasant stay. Thank-you!

The Hotel is Fine--Yes, the walls in our room were patched up, but bath was clean and all in order, beds were clean, room was quiet, room service prompt. Pretty Posh.

Close to train station. Business traveler hotel only not for leisure. Restaurant was too expensive for leisure traveling, all about the business traveler.

The rooms are terrible. Floors are uneven, room temperature was different from the bath to the sleeping area, lampshades have holes, shower control unstable and hard to turn, TV remote worked only within three feet of the set. Hotel was rated four-star but restaurant closed early, had one bar of soap, two bath towels, two hand towels, no LAN connection for Internet, wireless connection also didn?t work without their adapter, and no microwave or fridge. I will not visit that hotel again.

Beautiful indoor ponds and plants- brings the outside inside. No king room available - had to stay in handicapped room - a little awkward. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel was clean and attractive. Room was clean and ample. Would definitely stay again.

I had a very comfortable stay at the Hyatt Regency Princeton. The hotel's location off route and very easy to get to. The staff was very professional and helpful. I would definitely go back to this place next time I need a place to stay in Princeton.

Comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, and very convenient. Price of the food exceeded the quality. The Hyatt Regency Princeton provided me with very helpful and friendly staff and proved to be highly convenient to my needs with regards to public transportation and proximity to the Princeton University area. I would definitely stayed again at this hotel!

I have been to this hotel several times over the last several years. Until my last two visits I would say it was superior. These past two visits I was given a room on the other side of the hotel. And, from the experiences I had both times I must say that for some reason that side has inferior service compared to that which I have always received on the main side. This visit I was mortified to have my room opened by a stranger (another guest who was apparently given the wrong key) while I was getting dressed.

Room service food was excellent. Can not check - out through theTV as you can in other hotels. Everything was nice, clean and in its place. Room service food is excellent. This was a wonderful weekend get away.
