We liked the place it was nice but the people at the front desk no help at all.Most times when you stay at a nice place they treat you good that was not the case.

Beautiful facility, very helpful staff and friendly. No negative comments. Very nice hotel on the waterfront located near the Old City area. Easy access to shopping and dining. The hotel has beautiful decor, very elegant. The rooms are very comfortable with a spa-like feel.

Hotel seemed nice and in good location but not sure how often they vacuumed the floors in the room. Found chip wrappers under chair. Also wish they would put in queen size beds to make sleeping more comfortable and there was no complimentary coffee or breakfast. Also, don't book here just to be near Avis car rental. They have short hours on the weekend and it caused a problem. Would check other places before staying here again.

I had my prom at the hyatt and than i stayed in a room with some friend. The place was AMAZINg and the rooms and service were great! I would stay there every night if I could but i live in the city. haha But for that special time I loved it and it is in A nice spot, over looking the delaware river.

Tripped planned to visit old friends and spend time with family. While we were there, visited the historic side of Philadelphia. Hotel was in walking distance to the Liberty Bell, Betsy Ross Home, Independence Hall, only one block away from the Hop on and Hop off tour bus!! Only a few blocks away few the subway-which we took all the way to the Philles Game!!! Great location!

I liked that they had a friendly staff and were able to meet my needs. The bathrooms need updating and they did not have a hot tub. I thought overall the hotel was great, nice location and friendly staff. I would have liked a more affordable option for dining at the hotel and a hot tub would have been great.

Our confirmation was for a room with a king size bed and when we checked in they said that Travel agent gives us that confirmation BUT that is totally dependent on availability; they were totally booked and thus we were to have a room with 2 matrimonial beds. We then showed them our confirmation from you and after a lot of hassel they reluctantly said they would try and see what they could do and we were finally given a room with a King size bed. There was no Do Not Disturb sign in the room, and we had to answer the insistent knocking on the door from house-keeping at 8:00 a.m. Yes there was a coffee machine in the room but no carafe for the coffee to drip into after made. We arrived back at the hotel on Friday night at 12:15 a.m. and to our dismay the room was in the same condition as we had left it in. My husband had to go down to the fromt desk and finally one of the young gentlemen at the desk came up with a basket of clean towels but that there was no one at that hour to make the bed!! Then the lights went out and they were not able to supply us with a candle or any other means of seeing, so we had to leave the room door open so as to be able to get ready for bed. A total diaster!!

We arrived late, 10pm, so we ordered room service, watched a movie and went to sleep. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. BUT in this day and age WHY NO FREE INTERNET? I noticed other hotels, not as prestigious, offering free WiFi in all rooms. Only place you can get it free was in the business center. Sorry, but this is a HUGE miss on Hyatt's part and I know now not to assume if a hotel of less stature offers it (internet or anything else) I won't assume it will be at the Hyatt. I won't even go to a Hyatt again for this reason.

We were happy with the hotel. The concierge service was fantastic with reservations and with directions to places to eat, but they were at least a 15-minute walk to everything. The hotel was right on the Delaware River and the view was great. I would recommend the hotel. Disappointed that the only food available in the hotel was really overpriced. No where close to take kids and not pay a fortunue. Room was nice, TV had all channels we needed. Fee for internet use is RIDICULOUS!

Stayed at this hotel because it is directly next to the location we were going to to watch a fireworks display. It's perfect for that. While this hotel has some outside seating along the river marina, what would really be super would be a "Roof Garden" such as often seen in South East Asia.

Quiet and locates in a sceneries area. There is a charge for parking and doesn't provide continental breakfast. Clean, spacious and has good security system.

"I love the location of this property. Just a quick walk to the historic district or down to South St. Plus, you are right on the water. Room was great, bed comfy, 6 pillows on a king size and a IPOD docking station for the clock/radio."

The hotel was fantastic and very accomodating. After making my initial reservations, I wanted to add another person. They allowed me to do this without an additional charge. My flight arrived at 7am and I anticipated having to wait until 2pm to check in. They gave me a room, without charging extra, at 7am to allow me to begin my trip. The hotel was quiet, the rooms exceptional. One downside- the hotel restaurant. The food was not good and is also way overpriced. A single piece of pie cost $12. The view of the water is nice but the location is not as convenient as I planned. I intended to select a hotel in the heart of the historical area but the Hyatt is about 4 blocks away. This is fine for me being young, but the walking was difficult for my elderly grandparents.
