We had to change rooms three times after being assigned a room that had the foul odor of cigarette smoke. Next room we literally got sick due to the mold and mildew in the air. There was clear evidence of problems around the air conditioner. Third room also had the stale smell of cigarette smoke. The fourth room we were taken to had no odor. However, the bed did not have appropriate linens which we had to wait for. We were also waken several times by the sound of the soda and ice dispenser located by the room.

Comfy, elegant room is hotel was fabulous lobby, coffee bar near elevator was good, but they never told you it was gonna be there. No safe or coffee pot in room. Newish hotel with old world feel - lots of dark wood. Lobby/atruim with multiple restaurants and bars was plush and a great way to relax.

The front desk staff is excellent! You couldn't ask for a better first impression. We checked in late at night and "John" and "Carolyn" took great care of us! The next morning our opinion changed slightly with two different bellman grubbing for money. They actually blocked our exit and stared us down for a tip!! Not acceptable. The room could be cleaner. The food was great. I'd stay here again but carry our own luggage to avoid "Anthoney" and his crew hunting us down for tips.

Great Location. Very attractive hotel and room; nice sitting area in room; unfortunately, I requested a smoking room and they didn't have one available. Told me that when they book you a smoking room, it is not a commitment on their part. Very expensive - $11.00 for a scotch on the rocks.

Excellent fitness facilities, excellent pool. Easy parking, spacious room. Had to go to the bar to watch the Yankee/Boston game. Was not televised on the room television.

We believe that free parking should be made available to all overnight guests. The rooms are expensive, in addition they charge all overnight guests aminimum of * to park. Complimentary coffee should be available all morning!

No coffee maker in the rooms. Had to pay even for the first coffee of the day. Inadequate gym; long walking distance from self-parking area. No coffee maker in the rooms. In-adequate for the Business Traveler. Even had to shell out for the first coffee in the morning. Distance between self-parking to the room. Didn't replace shampoo, moisturizer in the room.

The bed sheets had a sandy grit or crumbs. The sheets appeared clean but clean sheets do not have this.

My husband and I needed to get away for a night and I found this Hyatt which was great- The room was realy nice, the TV was not easy to figure out but I did (eventually) and the Room Service was AWESOME- the steak was amazing and we had a really nice bottle of wine. Also in the AM there was starbucks coffee onthe floor by the elevators. My only complaint was that the bathroom was for a handicapped person which was sort o foff putting. next time i will make sure to get that cleared up. I was oo tired to call and complain and move...

Location. Additional charge for self parking, no coffee in room. Not pleased with the additional cost for self parking, temperature in room was hard to control and would have liked to have a coffee/tea pot in room w/o having to walk to the elevator to get a cup.

I orderd a drink at the bar/restaraunt. The waiter said just so you know that drink will cost you $15.00. I took that as he did not feel i could afford it. Then we were charged $10.00 a day to park at the hotel. That really makes no sense to me at all. I did self parking. I felt i was charged for every thing that in most hotels would be included. The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel it self is very nice, but don't forget your VISA
