Nice hotel. 13USD for parking is way to much! Could not open windows.

My husband and I recently stayed at this Hyatt property. The rooms are clean and the staff is pleasant (the front desk was very helpful with some concerns that I had). We were able to patronize some local restaurants (which are all within walking distance) which have some of the greatest food. The hotel is easy to get to (off the highway) but you wouldn't know that it was. The local area bustles with college and corporate traffic which gives you that real city feeling. Upon leaving, it took about 15 minutes to get out of the garage. We could not find the booth attendant to let us out. Otherwise, we had a good experience and recommend this hotel to other people travelling to Central New Jersey.

You won't find more eager-to-please staff anywhere. Any issue our group had was handled within minutes on a busy weekend with the race in town. Only issue was that we didn't get one room with 2 double beds and the cot was uncomfortable. Very clean hotel, and the bar/restaurant was ok. Pool was nice and the workout area was really nice. I would stay there again for sure.

This is a nice hotel, very kind staff. My only concern is with the cost of the room, there was no microwave nor fridge in the room. I have paid cheaper for rooms at Days Inn and other places and did get a microwave and fridge in the room. Also rec'ved a free mini breakfast. I thought the Hyatt would at least offer a free mini breakfast (fruit, cereal, maybe a waffle). Other then that I was happy with my stay from check in (which only took 3 mins) to check oput (which took only about 2mins). I love the feel of the hotel; business yet warm and inviting....... not far from the train station, bars, resturants, coffee shops.... and the hospital...... ALL nearby!!!

Staff / Customer Service was excellent! Nothing negative worth mentioning. The staff was very responsive and accommodating. The hotel is clean, the beds and linens very comfortable. Up to date exercise room / equipment. I've stayed at this hotel at least three other times and have yet to have a bad experience.

Location. Housekeeping. My room was not cleaned properly two days in a row. I was continually reminded that I had used priceline to obtain my room. I felt like a second class citizen.

"We stayed for five nights when we were in the area for a wedding. We were truly impressed with the friendliness of the entire staff and the very helpful attitudes of the front desk staff. In addition, the hotel was clean and newly remodeled. I would happily recommend this hotel."

Staff was very friendly; location was awesome - close to the train station (for a quick trip to NYC) and unique restaurants nearby. Bathroom was very small for such a luxurious room. It exceeded our expectations; we would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to New Jersey and NYC. Concierge was very helpful and courteous; we ordered extra towels every day and they arrived promptly. The linens were of a high fine quality and room was very clean and quiet.

Quiet, clean and new-looking. Problem with shower. Too much traffic congestion to highway. Newly renovated with luxurious lobby. Convenient indoor parking.

Loved the indoor pool and design of the property. Wonderful hotel and they accommodated the parking needs. They let my husband park his semi truck. Most hotel are not so nice. I fly and meet him all over the U.S. and will choose this hotel again. Thank you! Hyatt.
