Hotel was clean, nice and we were greeted immediately by personnel to help unload luggage. It was delivered to our room promptly. Not crazy about paying for internet...at $150 w/taxes, it should be included.

Beautiful lobby and rooms. Pricey restaurant. Beautiful rooms and lobby. They have airport pickup service.

I came to Lexington for Red, White and Boom, the July 4th concert. I really just wanted to stay somewhere close by and I couldn't have asked for a better location. It was a little expensive, but well worth the money. They have apparently done a lot of renovations and it has paid off. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were larger than I expected. It was very clean and neat and the flat screen tv was a definate bonus! The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was that I reserved a room with a king bed, but all they had available was one with double beds. However, I think that was due more to weekend I chose to stay than a problem with the hotel!

The hotel and its staff were professional and first rate. My only suggestion would be to request a room towards the back of the hotel -- I was overlooking the atrium and the restaurant/lounge was a bit loud late night. Otherwise a wonderful hotel.

Beautiful hotel, great location, nice amenities. Food was overpriced and mediocre. Went here to finish a writing project undisturbed. Fit my needs perfectly. The free wired Internet was excellent, and the pool provided a great break for writers block. The sun deck provides a beautiful look at the mini skyscrapers of the downtown. Only issue was just slight, and rather expected, the food was way overpriced and was not above par by any means. It was good, but not that price good. And the lounge closed at 9 pm, kind of early? Overall, a very nice place to stay and get some work done.

It has been about four years since I stayed at this hotel. Since then, it has gone downhill. The staff was very pleasant. Housekeeping did not make much effort when cleaning the rooms and did not replenish as needed. The keyboard for Internet access was very dusty, as well as the majority of the room looked like it needed a good wiping. The window sill had a large cigarette ash on it. There were large stains on the carpet. Unbelievably, there was what looked like dry dog food on the floor. Shuttle service to and from the hotel was convenient and the bell hops were great. I asked questions regarding the events in downtown Lexington and no one seemed to know about anything that was going on. Quality of the rooms certainly were not equivalent to the price of the stay. Would probably only stay there again if unable to get rooms at one of the neighboring hotels.

The Hyatt is a excellent choice for business travelers and sports fans. However, it is also great for tourists who would like to walk the city. I recommend this hotel.

The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is very convenient to downtown Lexington and UK health facilities. Our room was on the 9th floor and had a nice view of downtown. The hotel staff were very helpful. We were traveling with an infant and our requested crib was set up for us and included infant toiletry items. The room was very comfortable and roomy. This was a great experience for our whole family.

The rooms are awful. Furniture mustt be 30 years old. Very cheaply decorated. Small bathroom/shower. AC didn't work very well. Nice location for UK events and downtown events, but that doesn't make up for the poor quality of the rooms.

We had a great time!! We went to a UK ballgame, then walked to nearby shops, and had a wonderful dinner near the hotel!! We finished off the night with drinks at the very atmospheric bar. Then enjoyed a great view from our window!! The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet! Can't wait to go back there again.

Got a great rate at this hotel, which is just a short block from all the restaurants and bars of Lexington. This was very convenient. The only issue when we were there is that one of the elevators was broken, so the elevators were very crowded. Other than that, this was a very pleasant place to stay.

Attended a conference at the attached center so the room was the haven to rest. Very clean, staff helpful and even came to turn down my bed with chocolates.

Very nice and attractive rooms as well as comfortable. If you don't do the valet parking, the parking is a little inconvenient. Very nice and attractive rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Had nice view. Lobby is very appealing upon entrance.

I had travelled all the way from the Caribbean on business and found the hotel to be clean, friendly and very central. The restaurant staff were very accomodating and helpful and remembered that on the first day there i wanted to see the business paper and every day thereafter the business paper was brought to my table when i sat for breakfast. My stay was very comfortable especiall being so far away from home.

Staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice, but they are going through some remodeling and the carpets need replaced (stains) in some of the rooms. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean. The hotel is very convenient to everything in Lexington.

Nicely remodeled. It didn't feel dated. I liked the pictures of Lexington horse scenes on the walls.
