The Hyatt was the best hotel. Everyone was really friendly and made you feel at home. It had a nice buffet dinner every night, a great bakery and a nice Chinese restaurant to eat at. The pool was nice and relaxing and the room was very clean and very spacious. The view from my balcony was fantastic and i would definitely return to that hotel another time.

Located near harbor and diver hangouts. Noisy air-conditioning. I didn't get to sleep at this hotel because of the noisy air-conditiong, even I turned it off there was still mechanical noise. The hotel layout is abysmal, what few facilities are spread far apart.

The hotel staff is friendly and responsive to our needs, the rooms are very comfortable and we like the food. They should open the pool for24 hours.

The comfort of the bed is all that I liked. The food was dry and cold, the location was in the slum. The service rendered was great. Although I would not recommend this to anyone else. The location of this place is crazy. It is near bars but that's all there is.

It was quiet. The room was large and had everything necessary for comfort. The internet was really expensive. I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Kota Kinabalu. The staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast overlooking the bay was really good and we finally discovered the 5.0 - 7.0pm drinks with snacks which was very welcome.
