We enjoyed the beach and beach amenities including kayaking, jet skiing, swimming and laying in the sun. Other than one slightly disgruntled blonde boy beach employee helping to run the jet ski operation the service and everything else was 5 Star.

The Hyatt Regency is a great hotel with wonderful staff. Our stay was very enjoyable and restful. Everyone was super friendly and the staff went out of their way to make us feel special. The dealers in the casino were especially nice, friendly and helpful.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very uncomfortable and I could hear the neighbors baby crying through the wall. I will definitely stay here when I come back to Tahoe. The awesome location secluded from the crowds of South Lake Tahoe and the friendly staff make up for the uncomfortable beds and thin walls ten fold. The view from out room was amazing.

My husband and I stay here for our honeymoon at the recommendation of close friends. The entire experience was great!!! We took advantage of the Club floor during our stay. The staff was great and always available to assist us with anything. The room was clean and cozy. The resturuants were all great, especially the Saloon. And the Spa well that was just heavenly. There were may activities at the hotel to entertain you without having to brave the snow and cold from the in-house Casino to the ourdoor pool to the arcade room. The hotel was the perfect middle ground. We travelled the entire lake never feeling that we were too far from anywhere. Oh, and don't forget the little creek that runs behind the hotel. What a beautiful stroll that was! We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone! When we return we will not be staying any where else!

Our family had a great Mother's Day at the hotel. We stayed in one of the cabins on the lake. This was an awesome choice with the views and access to everything.

Gambling in hotel. Weak cocktails. We got a screaming deal on Priceline for this beautiful top of the line hotel in Lake Tahoe. Now I wish we had reserved it for 2 days instead of just one.

Excellent location, mediocre service. Overpriced in every sense of the word. Simply not worth the price. I have stayed at a local Inn before, I believe called the Inn at Incline or something like that and you get a clean, comfortable room for one fifth the cost. We would definitely not Return."

Room was very dry and not able to open window so I couldn't not refresh air inside room. My kid and I couldn't sleep well because room was too dry to sleep well. My kid woke several times. They ask $18 for resort fee(Hotel amenities) each night. It is really wasting money. If you like to swin in pool all day it is okay but people don't go Tahoe for swim. If you have kid, I don't recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings. The valet must have hit the curb with my car because the front end was all messed up when i got my car back.

While the location is beautiful, the staff is not at all accomodating or friendly. We repeatedly had poor and downright rude service at the breakfast restaurant, the watersports area on the beach, and with housekeeping. When we finally complained to the manager, the only feedback we received was ""we do our best."" If they cannot do better than that, they should significantly lower their rates because one would expect much more.

We were very pleased with the hotel and staff. It is a great place to take a vacation and everyone was helpful to meet any of your needs. The food was great and the atmosphere was super! There was lots to do and many places to go. The room was excellent! I would recommend the Hyatt Regency to anyone, anytime.

Great service from all employees. Convenient sports shop on premise. When looking for a relaxing pampering experience in North Lake Tahoe consider this hotel. They are very good in customer service and satisfaction. Prompt valet and front desk service adds value to an idyllic setting. The mountain and lake views and the proximity to Reno and most of the ski resorts, make this an excellent choice for the winter.

The Hyatt at Incline staff from front desk to valet went above expectations of service everytime. The vacation ended and we had to leave! Traveling with 3 young children is not easy with the bags, skis, interests, etc. The Staff at the Hyatt made everything easy for us, the properties culture from top to bottom was friendly and helpfull.

Wonderful spas, heated pool, and gym. Nice walkway to lake/beach. Resort fee $20 a night extra. This place was great! Beautiful clean rooms and lobby areas- you didn't even know the casino was there if you didn't want to! The heated pool and two huge spas were wonderful- even has a swim out to the pool! The fire pit and outside fire place was really nice at night. The beach is not too far away- but the hotel is not right on the water. Our room was on the 8th floor and had a nice view of the pool/fire pit area, forest, and a tiny peek at the lake between the trees. Overall, great place to stay!

Beautiful location, many activities. It was not very private as there were catered events held in the yard in front of us. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were kept very neat.

The rooms were clean and big, the staff friendly. The food was expensive and not very good. This hotel is beautiful. The pool was fantastic and warm even with little snow flurries. The staff was really nice and helpful. The casino is clean and the dealers were super friendly and fun. My only complaint was the food. We had room service and the burger was ok, nothing fabulous. But the sacher torte was foul. I had one bite and I could hardly choke it down, and Ill eat just about anything chocolate! The next morning in the Sierra Cafe I had the smoked salmon on a bagel and while the salmon was great, there was barely a hint of cream cheese and about 10 capers.

I loved the location, the ambience and the facilities and amenities. Nothing. We had a great time. Our room was comfortable, clean and attractive. The view was beautiful. The staff was very gracious. We would like to visit again and plan to do so in the future.

Great pool and spa, nice view from rooms. I don't consider it a resort and they tried to stick me with a $20 per night resort fee. This is a really nice hotel that had good quality rooms. The Lone Eagle grill is very nice for a special occasion. Service was good and the staff was pleasant. I won't really consider it a resort, more like a nice hotel.
