Right on the Hudson with a fantastic view of the Manhattan skyline this is a first rate hotel at a much better price than similar properties in NY. Right next to the hotel is the path train, which can take you to all the hustle and bustle in no time. I will definitely stay here again when visiting New York City.

Location, right next to the Path and Ellis Island Park. Pay for the parking $32/night and internet ($10/day). This is an excellent hotel with a fantastic view of the Hudson looking across Manhattan skyline. Especially night view of the light city was wonderful. Path train station is located right next to the hotel and is very convenient to get to downtown Manhattan or rest of NY city through subway connection.

Just a subway ride to NY, Clean, not crowded, Great Italian places just blocks away. The skyline view from the river is great at nite, Get a water taxi in the evening and go from NJ to the Statue of Liberty from NJ, tip, ask for a river view and buy multiple subway trips, take an apple from the counter everytime you pass by, enjoy the stay.

This Hyatt is a jewel. This is the best kept secret of New York. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed. The view from this hotel is superb. The best skyline views of Manhattan and the Hudson River will greet you from the moment that you enter the hotel, till the moment that you leave. With every room, you have a wonderful view of the skyline of New York City. Transportation is easy. Take the PATH train into World Trade Center or farther into the City to 34th Street. Once in the City, you can take the New York City subway system. This hotel is in a great location, with great views, with friendly staff. The hotel does not look like much from the outside, but once you are inside, you will not be disappointed with the quality of this hotel. This is one of Hyatt's best hotels. Hyatt has many wonderful hotels, but you are visiting New York, stay here... I guarantee you will not be disappointed with the location. The statue of liberty is moments away from the hotel. And, New York is less than a 5 minute train ride away. Walk around Ground Zero to the big glass building adjacent to Ground Zero that looks like an large glass dome, for the best views of Ground Zero (1 Financial Center), I think is the address to this building. This view of Ground Zero is a must, so you can reflect upon what happened on that day. After you have visited Ground Zero, you day in New York and the fun begins from the moment you leave your hotel. You must visit China town, 34th Street, NBC, the sea port, central park... You can do all of that in one day. - Unlimited Metro Card....

The hotel was very nice and a beautiful view on NYC. The only problem we had was getting meals outside of the hotel. The whole area closes down on the weekend, and the hotel food is just to expensive. We did find a diner around the corner that had a great breakfast. There was also no convience stores with in walking distance that were open on the weekends. So bring everything in with you or take the PATH train to New York. During the week days there seems to be no problems in this area.

Hotel was in a fantastic location right along the Hudson with views of Manhattan Skyline. Room was beatifully decorated and very clean. Views from the hotel at night was spectacular as you can see the Manhattan skyline. Room was very clean and nicely decorated.

Excellent location beside the PATH. Very quick commute to NYC! All of our needs were met. No complaints. Very convenient location beside the PATH station which makes for a quick trip into Manhattan. We had a great view of the Hudson River/Statue of Liberty, which was simply breath taking at night! Our room was very spacious with two double beds (even though we did not request nor really need such an accommodation). No noise complaints. We had already purchased a day pass using T-Mobile which enabled us to use fast and reliable high speed internet in our room. Can't comment on the room service or restaurants as we did not use them during our stay. Overall we were very pleased with this hotel!

Truly the best value in NY! One stop on the path train at you are at the World Trade Center Station- From there the city is all yours. Amazingly HUGE rooms and very comfortable and most of all it was so quiet. the view is to amazing as well.Generally not a huge Hyatt Fan but I LOVED everything about this place!

I wanted a place to which I could drive easily and park and have convenient access to Manhattan. This hotel has a fantastic view of everything from Statue of Liberty to the Manhattan skyline and affords excellent access to either PATH train to Manhattan or water taxi. And Jersey City neighborhood is looking spiffy as well.

I loved the view and location. I hated that there was no free parking. I am planning on staying again. It was beautiful, clean and had extremely friendly staff. The location was great. It has a great view of NY and there was a great memorial of 9/11 just a block away. There was quick and easy transportation into Manhattan whether you will use public or private transportation.

This is the only place to stay when visiting Manhattan. The train is literally steps (30) from the hotel. The first stop (3 minutes later) is the World Trade Center. Will definitely stay here again. There's no need to look anywhere else. Gorgeous Manhattan view without Manhattan prices.

This hotel was nicely maintained and was located next to the PATH station. There were a few restaurants close but we did not spend much time on the Jersey side. I was disappointed with the pricing in the hotel restaurant and actually got up and left and found a nice hometown cafe. It is built on a pier and had a great view of Manhatten Island. It was a great great place to watch the fireworks from. I would recommend this hotel as it was very clean and had friendly staff.

The parking is ridiculous over expensive, and no signs to show where the parking deck is located. Only option was valet. This hotel is absolutely lovely, beautiful views of the Manhattan skyline overlooking the water. We had a great time there, close to some local restaurants (10-15 minutes), and very friendly staff inside the hotel. The parking is ridiculous over expensive, and no signs to show where the self parking deck is located. Only option was valet, in which case I don't like anyone driving my car, especially someone who I know is going to hammer on my car. They should have an area where you can park the car for a few minutes to unload your luggage, then you can take it to the parking deck. As soon as I arrived I was told I couldn't park my car for a few minutes in front or by the side of the lobby, unless I was getting valet service.

The hotel is right in the middle of Exchange Place, so great for any meetings in the Harborside Financial Center. The view of New York is fantastic. The food was average but on the pricey side, and despite the advertisements of softer mattresses now at the Hyatt hotels, it still felt hard to me.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency On the Hudson River in Jersey City. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the cost of parking. $32.00 a night for parking is insane and that should be included in the price of the hotel for how expensive that was to. As for the hotel itself, it was one of the nicest i've ever been to and the loacation was even better. All in all I give this hotel a thumbs up.

This hotel is very conveniently located next to a PATH subway station (one stop to WTC in NY city). I was traveling on the weekend for business in NY city and most of the guests at this hotel were there for weddings and proms. The room was very nice however not fully cleaned (found some items in one of the drawers left over from the prior guest). The location has some great views of the city however there is not much nearby (restaurants, etc.) unless you are there during the daytime.
