Easy check in and check out. Cost of room service way too expensive. Excellent.

We ordered a smoking room. When checking in we were told there were none. Front Desk staff simply told us they didn't have one available. No apology. We had to settle for a nonsmoking room because we were pressed for time. Hotel staff knocked on our door at 6:30 a.m. after we were were out late. They were looking for someone else, wrong room, woke us up anyway. Nice Hotel, nice room, great workout room. Staff needs improvement.

Everything was very good and the hotel staff was very friendly. The only problem was an extra 46.00 charged to my card for no apparent reason. My room was supposed to be payed for in full. I did not use or take anything to warrant the extra charges.

Incredible location. No free wireless internet and no free parking.

The whole experience was elegant. The staff was more than accomodating. The lobby was comfortable and beautiful. The location was convenient with lots to do in the area. The room was very nice. The price throught Travelocity was more than reasonable. We highly reccomend this hotel. We feel that we would have paid a lot more for the same type of hotel anywhere else. We will tell a lot of people about it and would love to stay there in the future.

The Greenville Hyatt was the first stop on a multi-city visit evaluating colleges. The front desk personal were local, very familiar with the school we were looking, warm and friendly and started the trip off on a very positive note. The Hotel was downstown and ideally located near shopping and places to Dine. the front desk recommended a place for diner and it was dead solid perfect. The room was spacious, clean and efficient. Bathroom was tight. Excellent work out area with pool.

The hotel itself was beautiful. They charged for parking.

This hotel was great. Easy to get to. Convieniant parking and location to local attractions. The staff was very nice and even threw in complimentary breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Our group was strictly adults but seeing as the hotel is so close to downtown attractions, kids could easily be entertained there as well. Seemed like a very safe area. Don't go to the area without seeing a baseball game at West End Field!

I liked the location and the room decor. The staff is horrible! You must pay for parking. Overall a good stay. However, the staff was horrible and everything else was overpriced!

We were looking for a night away from the kids at a great location. The Hyatt in downtown Greenville was just that. Theres great resturants, bars, and the Falls park right down Main St. The room was great!

The Hyatt Regency in Greenville was a very pleasant stay! The hotel is located right on the main street of Greenville and has some very hip and nice resturants! It's great that you can walk to the suspension bridge at the falls and have a TERRIFIC lunch overlooking the falls! I'm originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and am used to fast-forward thinking eateries so I was SO SHOCKED to find vegetarian options at many places. A very hip, bohemian town and good vibe! The only draw-back at the hotel is that I didn't like the way my pillows smelled and there was no mini-bar or room safe. Other than that,,, pretty darn good!!!!

The price was right and great location. No free internet or business services.

The hotel offers immediate access to the downtown area which has a great European influence. Cafes, shops, entertainment, scenic walking, it is a great place to stay and see the city.

The hotel was very clean and felt brand new. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

The hotel itself and the location was very nice. The bathrooms in the rooms were very small, not that clean and very outdated.

Located in the heart of downtown Greenville. Easy walk to all shops and restaurants. Having to pay for parking. But I guess that is the price you pay for being downtown.
