This was our 2nd time staying this time we brought along our children. They stayed in the pool the entire time! That is why we decided to go there with the children along with the other amenities they offer you CANNOT go wrong.

Hotel was great for the price. Loved the mini fridge and chaise lounge in room. The beds seemed smaller than regular double beds. The closet door and bathroom door were one in the same. This was a great hotel for the price. We had a completely remodeled room that was very comfortable. If you are looking to visit the restaurants and bars within the hotel be prepared because most of them were closed. Construction going on but did not see or hear it the entire time. The pool was great for the kids and adults. Yes, there is a resort fee, but it actually included free bikes, kayaks, paddle boats etc. For $15.00 it was well worth it.

We stayed at Grand Cypress for 6 nights. We are in our 30's. We came here for a getaway without the kids. I would stay here if you are planning on spending most of the time at the hotel. The bed was nice and comfortable. The rooms were outdated but clean. The maid service was excellent. The grounds were absolutlely amazing. There are many pools and hot tubs that are open 24 hours. Bikes, golf, kayaks, tennis, and hammock use were all included. The doors to get to the pool are located right by the sushi bar so going in and out is awkard when there are people all dressed up eating right in front of you when you return from the pool. The rooms are being renovated right now but didn't impact us at all. The balcony is small (extends about 2 feet). Ask for a pool view and you will be able to see Epcot's and Magic Kingdom's fireworks. There is a macaw in the lobby which I enjoyed seeing everyday. This hotel is in a great location. It's minutes from Disney and many, many restaurants. Staff was wonderful and accommodating.

Very nice facility with well kept grounds. Although the hotel was under renovation, the hotel did an excellent job in minimizing distrubtion to our stay. Pool is very nice, great amemties with the golf, lake toys, sand vollyball court, etc. Hotel staff were very pleasant! Only negative thing was the operating hours of the lobby bar (morning only)

Nice hotel with lots of amenities. However, it rained the entire time! We were not able to use the outdoor facilities such as the pool, bicycles, boating ,etc. Think we would've liked it more if you could've used the amemities for $15 resort fee. Rooms were small for the price. Had to pay $10 a day for wireless. Ridiculous!!!!! Registration process was not friendly. Valet was nice but pricey. Loved the location, loved the seclusion. We ordered pizza from room service. It was very CHEESY, don't order unless you LOVE cheese!

The hotel was excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Variety of things to do at the hotel such golf, kayaking, sailing, biking, rock climbing, others, and an awesome pool with lots of waterfalls and spas and two slides. You will love it. It is currently being renovated but that was not an issue or inconvenience. The renovated rooms are modern and beautiful.

Stayed one night on business and found everything to be quite nice - though pricey. Staff were all courteous and helpful. Dinner in Hemingway's was excellent. Meeting rooms were very nice. I would think the resort would make a very nice family vacation spot near Disney. The swimming pools looked very nice and clean. My room was smallish but well appointed.

The Grand Cypress was a great hotel, it was reasonably priced and a great location for Disney World. I would definitely stay they the next time that we travel to the Disney area. The hotel grounds are very large and they offer a lot of activities at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. It was only about 5 minute drive to the Downtown Disney areas and about a 10 minute ride to the park attractions. I give the Grand Cypress hotel two thumbs up!!

Wonderful facilities; all inclusive. Room was mediocre; staff promised to bring toiletry to room and never did; buffet too expensive. Mediocre room; great view from room; wonderful facilities included in hotel room price! We exercised, canoed, biked, swam, sunbathed! We travel often and have never stayed at the hotel grounds for any amount of time, and we actually stayed on site 1 1/2 whole days! Also,no extra fee for self-parking!

Excellent facility. They charged us an extra 15$ per night of stay which was quite surprising. The hotel is excellent. This is the first time, I have been asked to pay an additional 15$/night of stay at the time of check in. This was quite a surprise. I will continue to use Priceline.

My husband and I were on vacation for a romantic week. After requesting a king room, the hotel staff put us in a double bed room. They were inflexible and did not offer assistance. Upon checking out, we were charged additional fees that were not mentioned to us previously.

"I love the 24 hr Room Service, they call you always by your name, you feel like home. Great Service. Best Place to Stay"

We were told via the web site that there was 24 hour roomservice, however this was not true. They actually closed at 10:00pm. We were also looking foward to dining in a specific resturant at the resort, only to be informed that they closed last week for the summer.

The pool area was awesome. Everything was very expensive. The room decor was very modern, but not especially warm, almost too modern. The pool area was wonderful. Staff was helpful and courteous and everything else at the hotel was expensive.
