First stay and we were impressed. Service was efficient - check-in/out/valet parking and much quicker than many hotels in Miami. The room was spacious and quiet despite this being a big, busy hotel. I'd definitely go back.

We will definetly stay at this hotel, the service and facilities are very good and we enjoyed our stay. Very piecefull which aloud the family to relax after two weeks in Orlando.

Do you know how to tell when a hotel is a good one or a bad one? It's not when the staff calls you by your name or how clean the maids keep your room; but instead, it's how they handle things when something goes wrong. During my stay, there was an electrial fire in my room. The air conditioning wires short circuited. At around 7 or 8ish in the morning, I was awakened by smoke in the room and fire coming from the walls. I immediately called the front desk and someone was there within seconds. How attentive. I was given another room even though I was checking out that same day. How courteous. I was even told that I could check out a few extra hours late if I needed because of the fire. How generous. But when all said and done, that's the thanks I got for catching the fire before it caused much more damage. Nothing. Don't you think a free night would have been nice? Or a free water or soda? Nope. Nothing. What really disappointed me even more was the confusion when I checked out. Since my name was not listed under the new room number, the front desk staff had a problem trying to check me out. I explained to her about the fire and why I was put in another room. Like she really cared, I guess. Her main goal was to make sure every last penny for parking was charged to my account. I found that tacky, cheesy and unprofessional. There was a fire in my room and my schedule was disrupted and this is how I'm treated in the end? Hyatt got my money this time, but never again will I give them my business.

This is a beautiful hotel with a great friendly staff! The pool was great too! It was the most comfortable bed and pillows of anywhere I have ever stayed! The only thing I would say is the room could use a little more table space or at least a desk. The little round table and the night stand simply were not quite enough.

This was a beautiful hotel in a great location in walking distance to the Spanish Embassy, shopping, dining, and night life. Beautiful. Internet was still $10/day.

Long drive from FLL Airport and hard to find. But, once you get there it was worth it. The service person was great. The area was nice. The pool was wonderful, clean, and warm to get in at anytime. It was beautiful and if you stay here don't forget to walk around the corner to enjoy the wonderful out door restaurant that was near by. One word, Wonderful!!

The Hyatt Regency in Coral Gables was lovely. It was the nicest hotel in the area that I saw. I am not surprised though, you can always rely on a Hyatt no matter where you go. That is a name that you can count on. Loved the mini bar, the decor was modern and attractive, the restaurant was not that great, the view was nice. Would stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel while my husband was in town for business and it was amazingly relaxing! The pool was great. I also loved the gym! They provided bottled water and snacks during your visit to the gym/spa so I could have spent hours there! It was also on a nice outdoor running trail if that interests you!

This hotel I FOUND VERY CLEAN,GREAT SERVICE PERFECT FOR BUSINESS TRAVERLERS, VERY HARD & EXPENSIVE, ALTHOUGH FOR WHAT I NEEDED,W/ A 11YR OLD,CHILD, WE NEEDED MORE OF THE FUN PLACES TO BE CLOSER BY! The TWO SISTER'S REST. GOOD FOOD BUT RUNNING W/ROACHES !!

Beautiful hotel - incredible beds - everything looked clean and smelled fresh and clean -plan to return again in March. Would highly recommend this hotel. Only disappointment - ordered room service on two occasions and got tiny portions of mediocre food at a very high price.

We had a family event taking place in Miami. This hotel was our headquarters. The staff were extremely professional; they accommodated our room needs very well. The hotel is clean and is close to many options in Miami for dining, visiting, entertainment etc. I would recommend this hotel very highly.

Beds were small (double) for 2 people sleeping in it. There was no free parking, you had to pay $16 for parking. They did not clean our rooms until we requested it, and still did not refill our soaps and shampoo. Also there was no coffee in the rooms. Would not stay here again. Rather stay at another hotel with more service at 4 star hotel.
