This hotel had some strong positives - large rooms, comfy beds, connected to convention center, easy walk downtown, goood restaurant service, etc. The negatives were that the heat/AC unit was so noisy - it sounded as though someone was in there banging on metal all night. It was impossible to sleep through and the hotel was full so I couldn't switch rooms. Also, the meeting rooms were very cold and stark. A couple of valets were incredibly rude when trying to load the car (which took all of two seconds, but we were being screamed at the whole time). The quality of food at the hotel was OK, but extremely overpriced ($4 for a cup of tea?!?!?!?). The gym was small and the equipment was poor. Next time, I will check out other hotels.

Weekend getaway with girlfriend. Stayed in this hotel many years ago. The location was perfect for our activities, the staff was very helpful and the rate was fine. We both thought the hotel could use some touching up (frayed carpeting, chairs in room could use reupholstering), but the overall condition of the hotel was good. We would consider staying here again.

We were in town for a convention. The hotel is attached to convention center which was great. But we had to pay for parking. Check in was at 3pm but our reserved rooms were not ready by that time, we had to come back a hour later and were given different rooms. There were so many people at the hotel that you had to wait 20 minutes to get on the elevator. The pool was so small, the limit was 15 people. Not good when you have kids at the hotel. The resturants in the hotel were extremely pricey. However, the resturants in convention center had good food and value. Hotel was very pricey and not worth the money spent. Next year we'll stay at a different hotel.

Our hotel was within easy walking distance of the Nationwide Arena amd the Communities Lifestyle Pavillion. There were restaurants of every type close by - from the attached food court for very casual family meals to high end expensive dining within easy walking distance. The rooms were well appointed and the beds were great! The staff was exceedingly helpful and gratious. We will definitely book here again.

Hotel desk person asked if needed dinner reservation; she gave us a card worth $25.00. Small bathroom. Ideal downtown location adjacent to Columbus Convention Center and Nationwide Arena. Upscale, great helpful staff and very quiet and comfortable.

I don't understand why hotels still charge for Internet in the rooms. Nice hotel, great rooms. Odd location, but good for any business on the north side of Columbus. I was using this location to commute to Eston Town Center on the east side of Columbus. About a 20 minute car ride. I don't understand why 3 star+ properties still charge for Internet in the rooms. Free Internet in the lobby, but charge in the rooms.
