Our room was on the 5th floor next to the pool and fitness center. We thought that would be nice as it was a short trip to the beautiful roof top pool, however, we could hear people working out with weights late at night and as early as 6:00 a.m. We should have asked for a new room after the first night as it didn't get any better. On the positive side, the room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. You do not want room 522! This was nice, but the Hilton across the street looked better.

Love the breakfast buffet. It was quick and easy to navigate as I was on a time crunch. Great staff too. The bed was hard! Great, need to update the furniture, especially in the dinning room. The chairs are falling apart and my furniture in the room was badly nicked.

The hotel was very nice, and the staff was very friendly and exceeded expectations of customer service! There was always somewhere there to help with questions and to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is very nice, clean and close to the stadiums!

Visiting Cincinnati on business, had a great time. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room very comfortable; stayed on the 20th floor and had a great view of the river. Breakfast was delicious and very fresh. Had dinner at Champs once and it was delicious. Kind of pricey but worth it.

Very nice hotel with a very comfortable bed and clean room. The staff was friendly and very fast. We would stay there again. We paid $99 for the night. Please note that you do have to pay for parking if you stay in the hotel parking lot. However, we parked on the street overnight which cost us nothing since they do not charge after 5 pm, and there was plenty of parking available right next to the hotel without having to pay $12.

My daughters and I went to Cincinnati for a two day visit to see the Newport Aquarium and visit Univ. of Cincinnati. The location of the hotel was great with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially with driving directions. The room was very comfortable and the beds were fabulous! We ate at Chammps and had an excellant meal although it was a bit pricey. The only drawback was that the whirlpool was being repaired and the pool was a bit over-crowded. Overall, we will stay here again when we return to Cincinnati.

Did not appreciate the attitude of the clerk referring to my internet resevation, and he was not even approachable about an upgrade. Will not be staying there again, as it seemed many of the staff would rather be doing something else....

Location was great! Very small room for the price. The room was very clean. Way overpriced. The room was small. There were 6 elevators and we had to wait 20 minutes every time we wanted to go to the lobby. The pool did not have enough chairs so we had to lay out on the brick. Even though we we not happy with the hotel I can say that the hotel staff was VERY friendly.

Arrived at the Hyatt-Regency in downtown Cincinnati on a Thursday afternoon. Was traveling to Oxford, OH for a sporting event that same night. Room was ready before check-in time and had all of the comforts. We were give a room on the top floor for our two night stay. Would love to have additional choices on the cable system when in the room. The entire staff was extremely helpful; answering questions concerning directions to Oxford and other questions. The next day was filled with sightseeing opportunities and the staff especially the conceirge was extremely helpful with directions. The Hyatt is located only a few blocks from Great American Ballpark, the home of the Cincinnati Reds major league baseball team. We also enjoyed visiting the Underground Railroad Freedom Center and the home of William Howard Taft, President of the United States and Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. The valet service was affordable and the car was always ready for travel within a 5 to 10 minute range. We decided to visit the in-house restaurant and was extremely impressed with the selection of food, the personal attention by the staff and the quality of the food. Felt it was a little overpriced. Overall I would rate the total experience as 9 out of 10. Would recommend online travel website and the Hyatt-Regency in Cincinnati.

This is about our 14th Opening Day. In the Past we have stayed at the Netherland Plaza and the Milleneum. They both were nice but the Hyatt was a better price this year. I was extremely satisfied with the Hyatt. The staff was attentive and very courteous. The room was very nice and I watched sporting events at "Champs". My daughter liked the pool. I highly reccomend the Hyatt Regency of Cincinnati!

The service especially regarding the valet was wonderful. However, didn't appreciate housekeeping entering our room at 8:15 a.m. We were still in bed!

I stayed in the Hyatt in downtown Cincinnati. Everything was super, from checkin to checkout; I could not have asked for anything better. It was within walking distance of the baseball park (football also), and the dining choices were varied and numerous, especially the Rock Bottom Cafe and Pub (their house-made beer was great). Overall I can't say enough good things about the hotel's facilites, services and staff - they were all super and so accommadating.

If I could take the bed and pillows home with me, I would! Making the most of a Monday morning business appointment, I checked in on Saturday and had two great nights of sleep. Monday night would have been fine, too, until housekeeping attempted to enter my room at 10 pm! I had the t.v. on loud and thought they were knocking on the room next door; when I didn't answer, they opened the door. Luckily I had the security bar across the door frame. A call to the front desk (only) got me an apology and a restless night of sleep, waiting for more intruders. The front desk said that housekeeping was trying to determine if someone was in the room next door. Isn't there a better way to do that? The Millenium Hotel is right across the street. It's just as nice and I think it's cheaper - stay there.

We stayed in town for the REDS game and it had a rain delay. We did not make it back to our room until after about 1am due to the late game because of the rain delay. When we got back to our room we were very hungry and there was no where in the hotel to get food. I called front desk and all the restaurants in the hotel were closed. I was given a number of a deli that was open and would deliver but they too were already closed. After about an hour of trying to get food we both just fell asleep. It would be nice to have a small deli or just any style of food available for the late arrivals.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. The hotel is very nice inside and the staff is very friendly. The location is unbeatable, and is easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and bars. The room was much smaller than I expected, but nice inside, although the bathtub could have used an update. Best part was the beds, very comfortable which was wonderful for sleeping in. Room service is average, but conveinent. Fitness Center is also very nice for active travelers. Overall, a nice hotel, but I do believe it's a bit expensive for what it offers. Parking is also expensive, 15-20 a night, depending on self-park or valet.

Went for a baseball game and to visit zoo family weekend get away. Great location for ball park which is in walking distance but would have been nice to know that you have to pay $14.00 to $20.00 a night for parking at the hotel. Also, No internet access unless you pay $9.99 access fee, you can get free wireless at a coffee shop but not at hyatt???? There was no phone book, no hotel directory and no room service menu.
