When I first arrived I must the traffic was ridiculous but what do you expect during rush hour! I checked in my room only to be informed by an very un helpful clerk at front desk that my king size room has been sold! What I just spoke to someone in reservation to confirm my room a few hours earlier(I'm 5'10 along with my husband who is 6'0) We like to sleep comfortable as possible, that is why I took the time out of my schedule to confirm a king!!! Never the less I went ahead and excepted the queen.... un till I got upstairs and took a look at this room along with the bed. I got on the phone and called front desk, the same clerk answered telling me she had a king available for fifty more dollars! I couldn't tell her to put her Mang. on the line quick enough. The Mang. [...] got me and husband taken care of with out the extra charge! I couldn't believe the clerk was holding out on king beds! What's the point in paying top dollar for what you want only to let the clerk tell you "Deal with it"..... Not on my expense!

Nice restaurant & bar, really neat elevator; good feeling as you enter the lobby. The size of the room was very small to hold a queen bed. The hotel was nice & clean, but the room was quite small with the queen bed. Lobby really beautiful& the restaurant & bar quite handy. Enjoyed the elevator ride every time gazing out of it's huge glass windows.

Everything was top notch about this hotel. The room was ready early, clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic. The Bistro 300 restaurant breakfast buffet was great--fresh melon in January! Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our experience though limited, was spectacular. The staff was more than friendly and welcoming. The room itself was very clean and neat with a terrific view of the harbor. It was quiet, and we were able to get a great nights rest in the overly comfortable king size bed. Though I did not have a chance to check out the pool or fitness room, I still give 5 stars in my review.

Location and room. 2nd floor lobby not kept clean. Empty bottles, napkins left around.

Yes, I enjoyed staying here but it did have a few problems. First I start with the good things:Bell hop & Valet parking was excellent. Fast & friendly. Never had to wait for the car. Excellent location to Innter Harbour. Had a walkway over the street. Fast Check-In. Room was ready early for us. Staff was nice. Now for the Negative: The pool was very small. Only held at least 2 families, Elevators was being upgraded - only slow during the weekend, Bristro Resturant was good but could use some improvement - sometime staff was slow & not much on menu. HOUSEKEEPING was very SLOW!!!!! For 2 days housekeeping DIDN'T COME until around 5:30 -6pm in the evening after we came back from site seeing & was tired & then wanted to clean our room. Other than that - it is still a great hotel. Will recomment it to others.

The hotel is in a great location, but the experience left a lot to be desired. Even though I asked for a quiet room, they gave us one right near the elevators. The walls are very thin and people were in the halls talking, slamming doors et all night. The other ridiculous thing is that they have a refrigerator/minibar with a hard to see sign that says you can't put anything of your own in it - doing so sets off sensors that mean you will be charged for items you don't consume. At check-out time I had to get these taken off the bill b/c I stored some water bottles in there. Checkout was a nightmare - too many peole and not enough staff. Would not stay there again.

The hotel was nice, however, I was expecting an indoor pool and working sauna, neither of which were available. I chose this location specifically for the pool and was disappointed that I couldn't swim (it was April and the outdoor pool wasn't open. The Pices lounge featuring the live band quickly reversed my disappointment. Overall, the hotel was clean, friendly and comfortable.

Superb service and creature comforts. The Hyatt Regency in Baltimore treated us like the king & queen of the court.

Location is perfect. Rooms are clean, comfortable and offer high tech amenities (I-pod ready clock radio, LCD TV, high speed wireless internet access at a reasonable price) Food was respectably good if not a little pricey. Will be staying in baltimore a lot for business and this is my first choice.Only negative is that parking is little pricey (27) but this seems common in the inner harbor area of Baltimore.

Great location, walking distance to inner harbor. Did not have queen bed requested, only 2 full size. Hotel is clean and lots of light (tons of windows!). Rooms are very trendy, with a flat screenTV and modern bathroom. The proximity to the Inner Harbor is amazing - there's a skyway from the hotel to the Inner Harbor shops.

A Jr. Suite was * per night. The room was sweltering. The AC was not on and it was over 97 degrees outside. Our room was to connect to another room and the connecting door was locked. We had to wait 15 minutes before they came to unlock the connecting door. The room was outdated and had a view of the roof and the fans. A harbor view costs ""extra money"". An additional 27 per night for parking. Out of towners take note that there are lots of hotels in Baltimore, so stay somewhere else that gives you better value for your .

I liked that it was quiet and very peaceful. Privacy was respected. The lady that checked us in was friendly, but lied concerning accommodations. My husband went down 15 minutes later, and got us a room we requested. The Hyatt has thewow factor as soon as you drive on its property. The parking attendants were friendly. I appreciated the efforts of the 2 nd person that helped to accommodated us. I have been sharing photos of the Hyatt and its location to friends and family.

Super-courteous staff. It was phenomenal. Excellent customer service. The first room they showed us to was made up, but had a newspaper left on the floor, and the bellhop immediately made arrangement to upgrade us to a nicer room, and gave us complimentary breakfast for the trouble.

The elevators gave a nice view of the facility. The pool and the hot tub were very small.unt for hotel guests would be nice. This hotel was a great andthe parking was too bad and expensive.
