My favorite Hyatt in the USA. Desk personnel and wait staff at the Olive Branch are all outstanding. Being attached to the airport allows one to be rested when leaving on an early morning flight.

All I needed to to was get a good night's sleep before a very early flight. The location couldn't have been better, just a moving sidewalk away from the terminal. The check-in went fine, my room looked nice. I had a smoking room, right away I noticed there was no ashtray so I had to call down for one. There were all kinds of noises coming from either next door or upstairs, I was the end room so I don't know what was next door, perhaps a meeting room. But there was loud banging and vacuum cleaners, that type of noise. We're talking 7 or 8 o'clock at night. The TV was very hard to work, to just watch regular TV you had to go back to the main menu and start over everytime you wanted to change a channel. After accidently unplugging the clock I found that it was impossible to reset, thank goodness I had ordered a wake-up call. When I turned off the lights I noticed a lot of light coming from the hall. It turns out that on the hinge side of the door there was no weatherstripping so I could see a gap of perhaps a quarter inch into the hall. Needless to say not only did this let light in but hallway noises sounded like they were right next to me. I paid a lot for this room an I was very dissapointed that it was so rinky-dink.

My stay at the Hyatt at the PIT airport was fabulous. Clean, fresh smelling rooms and hallways. Non-smoking rooms and floors really were just that. Very thoughtful couteous staff.

I have stayed at the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh Airport many times over the years. My job brings me to Pittsburgh quite often. I have always been treated great. The front desk personnel are great. The location (150 yards from the airport) is a plus. No waiting for shuttles and I can sleep an extra hour knowing that I am a two minute walk from check in. They have just completed a guest room renovation (which I think the rooms were fine before the renovation) and the rooms are fantastic. Even if I have to be Downtown for a meeting I always stay at the Hyatt. I hate fighting traffic and worrying about making my flight. I also love the food there. The crabcakes are the best I have tasted ouside of Baltimore. Everyone at that Hotel goes the extra mile. located at the airport, I thought I would be hearing planes all night. I could hear nothing. I could not even hear the planes taking off and landing but I could see them. I reccomend this Hotel to everyone.

Room service personnel was rude when placing order. Very friendly delivering.

Checked in after a flight cancellation as this is attached to the airport in PIT. The rooms have high ceilings which is great until you realize every sound in amplified because of this. What's worse is that the walls are PAPER thin and I listened to the guy next door have a conversation on the phone followed by intimate sounds follow by him falling asleep with his ipod connected to a clock radio docking station ( He liked Rap!) If you enjoy listening in to every detaill of someone elses stay this is the place for you!

We were here just over night to catch a plane in the morning. The hotel was very nice, the room nice and large, and very clean. The only thing I would say I did not like was that the price was so much higher than when we have stayed there before.

Location. I was not aware I would have to pay for parking.

We attended a seminar there so we were ""locked in"" for three nights. We had to argue with the housekeeper to wipe down the shower after the first nights stay and to replace the dirty glasses. And, the way he made the bed was next to nothing. The second night wasn't better. All the desk said was they're sorry. There were several other customers complaining about service while we were standing in line. Since they are attached to the airport they can, and do, charge ridiculous prices for just okay food. Don't want to go back.

We had an excellent experience -- quiet, clean, spacious room and a friendly bar and restaurant in the lobby. The fitness center and pool were well-equipped and a pleasant surprise. The hotel's a two-minute walk down a covered walkway from the main terminal; perfect for a stopover. One caution for non-smokers: the 3rd floor is a partial-non-smoking floor...which means you walk through a smoky hallway to get to your not-very-non-smoking room. But when we went right back down to the front desk, the staff were apologetic and quick to accommodate us on a fully non-smoking floor. A tiny complaint, well handled, in an otherwise quite pleasant stay.

What a great idea! Hotel ""hooked"" to the terminal! Long term parking right next to hotel! Quiet and restful! Just what we were looking for!

We chose this simply because we were arriving very late and flying out very early. We wanted to wake up and be at the airport; and with the Hyatt Regency in PIT, you are almost at the ticket counter!

Very clean. Hotel is great because it is connected to the airport with covered walkways. It was very clean, a large room and bathroom and the staff was very polite. The only problem is that there is no parking except airport parking, so you have to pay to park even if you do not plan to use the airport facilities.

i will continue to come here again, again, again........

Acceptably quiet for an airport hotel, and you can't beat the location!
