We have stayed at this hotel in the past and, as always, the experience was wonderful. I was dissapointed, though, with Orbitz: The "Buy one, get one free breakfast promotion" announced when making the reservation was nowhere to be found after the reservation was completed, and when I asked about it at the hotel, they told me they did have that special but not through orbitz because we hadn't payed the rate of $149 (wich was the rate we did pay). Apparently on their computer it showed that we payed less than that (probably $149 minus Orbitz' commision). The hotel honored the promotion at the end, but we did have to go through some long begging and explaining...

Love the outdoor space, the pools are great, parking is great, rooms are clean. Nothing. The Hyatt is a great resort. The outdoor areas are really well maintained. The pools are very clean. The staff is very friendly. I have recommended this resort to all of my friends.

A really wonderful hotel with every conceivable facility for a relaxing and fun holiday. No hesitation in going back. If I had to find something to criticise (and it's difficult) bath could have been a little bigger (but small baths seem the norm for US hotels) and a proper balcony would have been nice.

The staff attention was outstanding. The rooms were spotless and the food met our expectations. A wold though-out the grounds is worth the time. I would not hesitate to return.

We enjoyed a great vacation. The hotel was execellent. It was in a good location. The bike rentals were included with our hotel. There were great paved trails for biking/walking. The hotel had three pools and one of them was for adults only which I appreciated. We did not eat at the hotel restaurants since there are so many close restaurants that had much better pricing. We did enjoy Starbucks coffee each morning which is for sale in the hotel. We switched rooms after the first night due to us having a stand up balcony only. It was no problem to switch to a room with a sitting balcony since there was one available. If this is important to you then be sure to ask for a room with a balcony with chairs.

I loved walking around the grounds outside the first evening we arrived with my 17 yearold son, he just graduated high school and will be leaving for the Marines in August. It was an awesome atmosphere to walk and talk in!!

Water slide, friendliness of staff, welcoming champagne. Pool needed cleaned. Great resort. I recommend this to anyone, and priceline is the only way to go!

Just had a short stay during September 2008, but it was the greatest. This hotel is one of the best managed hotels that I have experienced. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, and when asked, all indicated they loved working at the Hyatt. The accomodations and food/bar service left nothing to be desired. Will return for another visit.

The Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa looks just like the photos in the website and it's all it claims to be. We went for our 23rd anniversary to treat ourselves to a romantic getaway. The room accommodations were immaculate and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. If you can book the trip with the free breakfast it's well worth it. Every morning we were treated to a breakfast buffet of just about anything you can image. Eggs, waffles, muffins, danish, a fresh fruit spread, and even a wide selection of cereals. The buffet itself would have been 20 per person so getting it as part of our four day stay was worth it. The resort has a beautiful pool, but we didn't get any time to take advantage of it. We scheduled a couples massage for our first night there and it was very relaxing and a great way to kick off our vacation. In addition to the modern fitness center golf and tennis are nearby as well as some nice paved trails for running and walking. There is a lot to do at the resort, but if you want to stretch your legs even further, it is centrally located to a variety of other destinations. It is a short drive to Naples and the Everglades. We spent a day touring the Everglades and watching dolphins feed near our boat. Then took a short drive to view the local flora and fauna, and see some wild alligators. If you're into shopping, you will have no problems finding something to suit your needs. There are outlets, boutiques and plenty of opportunities to explore new shops. So if you're planning to stay in the Ft. Myers area, we highly recommend the Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Swimming pool lounging areas were very crowded. Also, it appears to be a beach/bayfront hotel but never saw the beach or bay.

This hotel is located on the edge of a nature preserve with sweeping views of the Bonita Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. It features spacious rooms, several fabulous pools, lovely courtyards and lawn, and shuttle service everywhere. It's tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but close to great shopping, movies, lots of off site dining. A day at the beach requires a shuttle ride to a boat dock and then a fun ride out to the private island. The sand and the waves were beautiful, but the poolside services (including a great slide) were better. Bald eagles soaring overhead, incredible greenery, fountains, and a warm wonderful staff set the tone for relaxation and fun. They even had a fire pit with s'mores available. If there was a downside, it was the room keys. They seldom worked. And bigger TV's in the room would be a plus. But overall, this was a great place for a vacation in the sun.

Pools at the timeshare resort less crowded worth the drive. $11 Hot Dog and $14 drinks. Bring a cooler. The pool bar was expensive. Lot's of good restaurants close by.

A group of friends decided to have a gathering at this property. Estero is were we reside and 4 miles from our community. The big water slides, outdoor fireplace, river pool were great entertaiments for the children. We make reservation in the future in order to enjoy some of the ammenities we couldnt get to on this past visit.

Staff is very welcoming and approachable. Resort fee $15.00 charged before checkout. Not quoted before bidding. Staff was helpful in removing resort fee of $15.00 as it was not quoted on your site, nor mentioned when I checked in. This needs to be addressed by both your companies. Pool water was very cold.
