A premiere hotel in the heart of Century City, convenient to Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. Grand scale with modern clean rooms, generous bathrooms, and modern electronics. Bustling crowds in/out daily, but service is attentive.

Everything was pretty good. Hotel seemed to be ok with small children. Pool area is very nice. The bell staff was ok; not good at relaying requests. The worst thing about this hotel from my perspective is you have to pay an exorbitant fee for overnight parking.

Overall, I was satisfied with the service; the concierge was a wealth of info and got my sister and I into some very nice restaurants and clubs. The location was excellent, a short drive to Rodeo Drive, Santa Monica and Sunset Blvd. The rooms were nice with a great view from the balcony of LA. The onsite spa was a treat with full service as well as steam room, sauna and gym with access to classes such as yoga or aerobics. The staff was friendly and helpful and the valet service was well worth the daily fee.

I wish I had longer to stay and enjoy the hotel. I had a presentation in the morning so I came in late and left early. I would like to stay there again and really experience what the hotel has to offer.

I wanted to sleep in on Saturday, but they made a contract with some film company so they had a racecar making an incredible amount of noise at 7:30 Saturday morning. Wakeup was too early and too noisy.

I had an unfortunate experience with the valet service noted above. The hotel handled the situation well; they removed all parking charges (2 days) from my bill. Had the problem occurred after 7 am, I believe I would have been notified. I know the chief valet (or one of the principal valets) from previous experience and he would not have waited until I came down. Also, there was a long line waiting to check out. I was surprised that statements were not automatically generated as at all other good hotels. We were not told that the computer was down, although the staff did apologize for the wait. If there is no computer, they should get one and generate statements to avoid checkout delays. I would stay again, but only at a good price. I like Hyatt hotels.

Good location, near Beverly Hills. Generally can't go wrong with a Hyatt Regency and this was no exception. Stayed at two other hotels during our long weekend trip in So. California and this was clearly our #1 choice based on all factors: location, quality, etc. Quiet room, excellent beds. Would have liked to have a bathroom with two sinks. Valet parking situation needs work, not enough valets on duty.

This hotel is perfect and certainly a four or five star rating. It is smack in the center of great shopping and eating. We also loved how close it was to the highways and major roadways. The pool was fabulous and our room had a view that would make anyone jealous. We could see the ocean from one side and the mountains on the other side. Fantastic time in LA thanks to this hotel.

Hotel was fine, if there is one thing I would recommend is that if you valet your car during peak hours make sure to call from your room to have the car prepared to be brought up. You could wait a little too long.

Great location. Recently updated, room was great. Staff was very helpful and polite. I've stayed here before and would return in the future. There is a good shopping mall with grocery just a few blocks away. Long walk short ride to Rodeo drive.

This is an amazing hotel for the price. Less than 5 minutes from Beverly hills, 10 minutes to the 405. It is not within 'walk-able' distance to any restaurants (other than a nearby mall), but it is a beautiful hotel, very upscale, exceptional service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Newly refurbished, great staff valets clerks. Note: valet parking is $31/day, steep! And the sun goes behind a building around 4pm everyday, so sunbathing by the pool is compromised late in the day. Check out the food court in the mall across the street. An awesome array of delicious restaurants, but no alcohol. The mall has great stores, too. A nice surprise. Easy to find--right off Santa Monica Blvd. It seemed we had to drive a half hour to get to West Hollywood, but hey, it's LA, right?

This hole is located maybe 2 blocks from downtown bevel hills and rodeo drive. Just what we were looking for. I block from the mall just incase you forgot something. It was perfect.

Overall we were very pleased with the Hyatt west Hollywood. The rooms were nicely decorated and the bathrooms were beautiful. We stayed sat & Sunday nights and the first night we had no problems but on Monday morning we were awoken very early (5:30 am) by garbage trucks emptying large dumpsters behind the hotel. Shortly after that construction began on a building adjacent to the hotel (think trucks and the beep noises they make when they back up). Not the most pleasant way to start your day. Also, the blackout curtains in our room only covered half of the sliding door so the room was light very early. Our children had a room facing the front of the hotel so they were not affected by the noise so until the new building is completed I would recommend requesting a room facing the front of the hotel unless you are an early riser.
