The staff was fantastic. The rooms were nice but not that well equipped. There were 3 very small drawers under the TV and 3 even smaller drawers in a night stand. There was a large closet, but only 7 or 8 hangers. We had to leave a lot of things in our suitcases. There isn't a coffee pot in the room, you have to pay for one. Parking is expensive $33/day for valet, $25/day or more to self park.

Nice, clean, good location. Noisy. We had an extremely noisy group the floor above us. Every night, they came in at 3:00 AM and made noise, talking and yelling until 4:00 AM. We called hotel security but nothing happened. We also mentioned it as we checked out. It truly ruined our trip - having everyone wake up in the middle of the night gives no one any sleep.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here (2 adults, 2 kids ages 11 & 13). The rooms are big and comfortable, the entire hotel has been remodeled and has great facilities. The fitness center is a commercial fitness center, and there is a $20 per day fee for its use. Hotel staff was great; the valet service is independent, and not of the same quality as the hotel staff. Self-park is really not an option since there are no "in and out" privileges; and valet park is $33 per day (self park is $26 per day.) The higher floors on the front of the hotel have a great view of the Hollywod hills and downtown LA, but these rooms are a little noisy due to the street traffic and loud valet service. For quieter rooms, ask for the back of the hotel facing the pools. The location of this hotel is great, on the fashionable west side of LA, very close to Westwood, UCLA and Beverly Hills, and it's right next door to a great mall with lots of restaurants and shopping....their food court is amazing; very upscale but very affordable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza. I had business across the street at Creative Artists Agency, which made it extremely accomodating. I particularly enjoyed dining al fresco @ the hotel restaurant Breeze's. I will likely return on my next visit to LA.

Great room, really nice balcony, excellent over service and very nice lobby area. Poor access to gym, gym access is 20$ per visit. Really well located near shops and restaurant. Starbucks located in the lobby. Great lobby and pool area to have a drink at the end of the day and watch a game on giant screen TV. Super comfortable rooms and great hotel.

I attended a 2-day conference and my husband and 3-year old daughter came along to make it a family vacation. Conference facility is excellent. Great attentive details were well put together at every aspects of this hotel. There are 2 computer stations for guests to do their on-line check in and print their boarding passes across from the concierge desk. Check-in staff was quick and professional when I ask to leave keys for my husband who will arrive later as I will be in the conference. They are also very friendly in letting us have an 2-hour late check out since the conference ends at 2pm. The most impressive service was the housekeeping staff. We asked for a crib for my daughter. They got us a brand new crib but neither one of the staff know for sure how to assemble it. When my husband jumps in to help set it up (since we are parents with a 3-year old so we know the ins and outs of the 'safety' feature of these cribs), they gave us a coupon for free breakfast buffet at the hotel for the next morning. It was a very nice gesture. Breakfast buffet was very nice and staff went above and beyond to make my daughter happy with her breakfast choices. Since the buffet has EVERYTHING but pancake, the waiter has the chef specially made pancake for my 3-year old when she said she would like that for breakfast. He didn't even charge us for it! This is service we expect from 4-star hotel, but still impressive when it is done in such a professional courteous way.

First of all it is located in a good residential area that was one of the reasons we preferred this hotel since we wanted to get away from the noisy and busy streets of a central location. We rented a car so we didn't have much difficulty going to the places that we liked to go. We paid 165 $ for a 5-day valet parking and that didn't bother us and the service was quick and handy. Room was very comfortable & we slept without being disturbed at all. In fact on one occasion there was a minor disturbance due to a late check-in (at midnight!) in our corridor. We reported this to the front desk next day and they apologized saying that it was an exceptional case and assured us that it wouldn't happen again and we were sent a dinner as a compliment. The front desk people were the most friendly, helpful and respecting that I have ever seen. They were kind, generous and really helping. Breakfast service was very good - both food and serving people. We didn't enjoy the dinner because there was lots of places to go nearby and in town. Especially right around the corner of the hotel there is Westfield shopping mall full of eating places, shops and cinemas. The lobby is very nice and you can have drinks etc. while sitting at comfortable sofas. Well isn't there any drawback? Well folks I'm writing my own experience and to my memory there isn't any other than the little disturbance I have already mentioned. We have really enjoyed our stay there!

Clean, contemporary. Could have been closer to Beverly Hills. Check in was easy, help was pleasant. The hotel was clean. It could have been closer to the airport. We liked it very much considering the priceline value we received. Thank you Priceline!

We went to LA for a college visit for my son and to look at some apartments. While they did have interent access as listed in their amenities, they did not list the fact that they charge $4.99 an HOUR for access. They do have on-site parking also, that comes at $30 a day. The 2 concierges on duty both had phones permenantly planted against their ears and acted as though you were interrupting them from something more important if you bothered them. We were there for 7 days and toiletries were left only 1 time during our stay. They did give me more but I had to go and request them. The rest of the staff was helpful and did a good job. I certainly did not expect the additional costs when I booked this trip and would not stay here again just for the fact that they charge for internet access.

Staff was courteous and helpful. The room and its view was terrific. I loved having a balcony and being able to let in the fresh air. The grounds, pool and jacuzzi looked inviting.

My two grandsons and I spent four days and nights at this outstanding hotel and can't say enough good things about it. We were treated in such a gracious manner by every single staff member we encountered. The accommodations are excellent, the view is sublime, and the food is "out of this world," according to my grandsons. The pools are beautiful and perfect for small children, as well as adults who want that pampered feeling. You will not regret choosing this fine hotel for your stay in the L.A. area. It may very well be the highlight of your trip!

The Hotel is in an excellent condition , the rooms are extraordinary , the bathrooms are well kept and have marmol counters, balconies are available in most rooms , the only problem is that the use of internet inside them is very expensive as well as the room service . The public areas are well designed , theres an array of restaurants , bars and exterior spaces to spend a good time. The hotels staff is very kind and friendly . The pool area is superb , it has a fairly large pool and a very relaxing hut tub. A shopping mall is just a cross the street , beverly hills is 5 minutes away by taxi , sometimes the hop on hop off bus goes by the hotel . Take a shared shuttle from tha airport , it will charge you 14 bucks instead of paying for a taxi that would cost you 60 dls.

Loved the pool area, the location and the cleanliness. $33.00 valet parking, 15.00 movies and expensive internet. Beautiful hotel but watch out for all the mandatory hidden costs.

Excellent hotel, bar, restaurant and bar food. Very helpful and friendly hotel staff. Heated pool. Staff at the Equinox Spa next door not too friendly. Central to all popular locations in LA. A beautiful mall and theatre right next door. Great selection of tasty food at the food court of this mall too!

A great location for someone like me who had gone on business. The rooms are very quiet and very comfortable beds (a very important fact for me). The staff is very friendly. The Hotel has all the amenities one looks for. Loved the computer in the lobby where I could easily check in for my flight and get my boarding pass printed out!
