Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort and Casino is pleased to announce that planned upgrades to the resort are now
under way.
The upgrades are an extension of the multi-million dollar renovations completed in 2008, providing a fresh new look as the resort provides full service and amenities to current guests. The upgrades include the
following improvements:
Tennis Courts - COMPLETED
The tennis facility will be completed transformed to include new clay courts, updated privacy fencing and improved lighting for night play. During the renovation, guests may enjoy the tennis facility of the Playa Linda
resort next door. The Spa staff will be delighted to set up reservations for play.
Casino air conditioning - October 19th - January 31, 2012
Guests will enjoy the fast pace of the casino in renewed comfort, as an energy-efficient air conditioner is put into play in September. During the installation, a portion of the ceiling will be temporarily exposed to install
new lines, but the casino will remain fully open throughout the planned upgrade.
Shocco Market - COMPLETED
A fresh new look is planned for our ice cream and coffee shop. Guests will be delighted in the new dcor and improvements to the operation, including the addition of made-to-order sandwiches, pizza and additional seating. During the planned upgrades, coffee, ice cream and other items will be available at the Kadushi Bar
from 6:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
Spa Renovation - September 26 - February 13, 2012
A brand new spa will soon provide rejuvenating treatments to deserving guests. Consisting of eight treatment rooms, two expansive spa suites, a hair salon and nail bar, the new spa will deliver unparalleled service and
treatments. During the spa renovation, the existing Health Club and Camp Hyatt room will also be upgraded and relocated to the ground floor.
During the upgrade process, the resort will continue to offer the services of the Health Club and a limited spa menu of services. Alternate arrangements for additional spa services may be arranged through the conci
