This hotel was in a great location...on the beach, close to restaurants and shopping center. Hotel is tropical and luxurious with a friendly staff. Meals were very expensive, drinks were ok.

Landscaping was very nice and rooms are very clean. I'm spoiled now and want to go back again. A hotel clerk was the best always helping me out and very friendly person. I love her, she made the whole the trip complete.

We just returned from 5 wonderful days in Aruba. The Hyatt was a great place to stay. The Hotel is lovely, the beaches great & the service was very good. Would definitely stay there again. The one disappointment was that the room terraces are not large enough to allow seating. The views, however from our room were beautiful. Hotel Restaurants were good, & there are several nice restaurants within walking distance as well as short cab rides.

Great Hotel. I am looking forward to booking another vacation with the Hyatt in Aruba.

Stay at the beach and pool. And there no towels on the first day we were there. The bathroom sink in the room was cloged up every day.The water took for ever to go down the sink.

Very clean! Beautiful hotel. This hotel is probably one of the nicest on the island. Very respectable staff, nice state of the art gym and the rooms are extremely nice! Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was wonderful! I have been to Aruba many times over the years but have not been back for about 7 years. I always stayed at the Divi where is was a bit low key. This time I stayed at the Hyatt. The hotel was beautiful and the food was fabulous. I do like the beach better at the Divi, as it is large and not crowded. Other than that - it was absoultely wonderful - the food at ALL the restaurants in the Hyatt was great!

we called the hotel 2 days before we left and left a voicemail with the manager that we were celebrating our 25th anniv. and wondered if they could do something special for us. we arrived at our room which was upgraded to a beautiful ocean view suite. the next day we came back and had a bottle of wine on ice. everyone from the maids , pool towel personnel, front desk, etc were extremely polite and professional. everywhere we went was kept clean and neat. we didnt try the restaurants there as they were a little pricey for us but they seemed to have a good customer base. would recommend this hotel to anyone. was our best getaway ever.

Walking up and down the high rise strip in Aruba we very quickly realized we had chosen the best hotel. We spent 4 very relaxing days switching between the beach, the pool and choosing from an array of exciting and accessible activities that were bookable via the hotel or on the beach right in front of it. The service was impeccable; it started with champagne on arrival to staff members remembering your name and important details about your preferences. The concierge was very helpful and booked as at all the top locations across the island. I found the people to be genuinely polite instead of annoying polite which makes a big difference! The only con is, coming from NYC, I wish the food were better, but this was NOT confined to the hotel, the entire island had sub par food, even the top restaurants.

Gorgeous pool area. Absolutely packed with people-small beach. The lobby is gorgeous, the staff helpful and attentive. The pool is beautiful, multi-tiered, but in the pool area there are lounge chairs lined up practically on top of each other, with no space to more. The beach is small but nice. Hotdogs are a pricey $11.50 for lunch! But food was quality.

can't say enough good things about the hyatt aruba and its staff. upon arriving we were upgraded to a ocean view/pool view room and given champagne. later a bottle of wine and cheese and crackers were sent to our room. very clean hotel, & grounds were beautiful. the staff were all very friendly , courteous and professional. was disappointed in the beach water, not clear at all like baby beach...beautiful. would definately stay at the hyatt again.

The Hyatt Regency Aruba is a lovely place in a great location. The landscaping is the best in the high rise area of the island. It's walking distance to a mall, shops, and restaurants. We received a free upgrade to the Regency Floor that has complimentary continental breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres; which was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay if you're looking to spend quality time with your spouse/significant other, which is why we were in Aruba. If you're looking for a place with non-stop activity, parties, etc., this is not the place to stay. The only drawback to this hotel, which I read from other guests, is the lack of balconies in the guest rooms; only a few have them.

It was a beautiful and relaxing vacation for my husband and I. The staff was warm and friendly and provided five star service. The grounds were breathtaking. The only qualm we had was the balcony was stand up only. We go to Aruba every year and this is the best hotel we have been to.Hope to be back next year!

From beginning to end our trip was first class service. Everyone was friendly. The rooms were great and clean...We did go during the off season (June)..so we felt like we pretty much had the place to ourselves...very relaxing. Definitely will recommend and probably go back. One night there were some loud party people..the staff took care of it right away

Landscaping was gorgeous. Rooms were not resort quality. Beautiful resort with excellent location and friendly and helpful staff. Rooms need to be updated. Best landscaped hotel in Aruba.

We stayed at the Hyatt Aruba this past October and we were more than impressed. The staff was friendly and bent over backwards to make our stay great. The grounds are beautiful and probably one of the best in Aruba. The food was very good, especially the Italian Restaurant. The beach was nice with plenty of chairs, although we were there during a slower season. The water, however, had quite a bit of silt at the bottom that was not comfortable to walk in and smelled. We noticed the further up the beach in front of the Raddison and Westin this was not the case. The hotel staff claimed that was unusual and was the result of recent storms. The pool bar has great drinks and great food. The rooms were comfortable wth nice bedding and great air conditioning. They did not smell musty at all as if the case in many tropical destinations. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from an outdoor mall and restaurants which was nice and convenient. I would not hestitate to recommend the Hyatt and we'll stay there again in the future.

I managed to only post my tips, not the actual review of hotel! So here goes, if you're desperately seeking an isolated romantic getaway from kids or crowds, then I would not suggest staying here. There are lots of both at the Hyatt, but if you're not, then this is a great place to stay. The standard room is just that, but well designed & newly remodeled and therefore very clean & fresh with bright splashes of color. Having a chaise lounge chair in a standard room was a nice touch. We got a fridge but hardly used it, I think it would definintely make sense for families who may be planning a longer stay. And the bed was fantastic, not quite as good as the "heavenly bed" but at least they're trying. The beach and pools are fun and lots of kids enjoying both so therefore lots of joyful noise. When it got to be too noisy having an iPod helped. Overall this hotel property turned out to be a great value for our .
