The airport hotel is located 3 km outside Orlando International Airport, just off the Beachline Express (528) exit 72. Guests will find restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity and nearby places of interest include Universal Studios and Disney (both a 20-minute drive away), Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral (both 35 minutes away) and the Kennedy Space Center (an hour's drive away).
Facilities
The hotel is a new kind of hotel that puts style, innovation and Hyatt hospitality within guests' reach. Renovated in 2009, the air-conditioned hotel offers 134 guest rooms in total and facilities include a lobby with 24-hour check-out service, a newspaper stand, TV lounge, cafe, bar and restaurant. Guests may also make use of the conference facilities, Internet access and a laundry service.

The spacious guest rooms each feature a 42-inch flat-panel HD TV, the signature grand bed, a plush cosy corner with over-sized sofa bed that is separated from the sleeping area and complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access.
