Extremely courteous and helpful staff. Difficult access through mall parking lot. Very friendly hotel, large room, many amenities. Breakfast available all day.

I would stay here again. This hotel was very clean, very contemporary, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The front desk clerks were very helpful in showing me around. She showed me their gallery and their dining area and options. The rooms were very clean and very contemporary. The beds were comfortable. The TV was very nice and up to date. Overall I would rate this trip with a 10.

Located around lots of restaurants and shopping. Rooms are very nicely redecorated and clean. We loved the good WiFi connection and the big flat screen TV. Staff we spoke with were courteous and knowledgeable. Continental breakfast was superior to many hotels and there was the option of ordering custom-cooked breakfast for an additional charge. Although the location is a bit far from downtown, it's perfect if that isn't an issue. We definitely would stay here again. Our friends' room was similarly nice and they were very pleased with their stay as well.

Very clean and comfortable. I bid on priceline and got this hotel. I had stayed there before on this same trip on the drive to my destination. On that trip I hadn't used priceline and stopped in and asked for a room. When I looked up the prices for this hotel online during my vacation, I found out that the desk clerk had overcharged me for my room. I was surprised when I bid for my return trip and got this room for less than half of what I paid the first time. I felt the desk clerk cheated me and it wont happen again.

this was one of the nicer hotels we have stayed in. they just finished a total renovation this year and they did a nice job.the rooms are nice , beds comfortable. large flat screens in each room. the pool is small but there and there is a small exercise room with five machines,

Room layout was comfortable. Priceline made my reservation with my last name first - they could not find my reservation - major hassle. Very nice business friendly property. Clean, up to date features. On the upscale side.

Great room, comfortable bed, and nice large space. Airport prices at the snack bar. Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was large and clean. Lots of working space. Each room has a connection panel which can be useful for business travelers. Nice continental breakfast every morning.

The decor is very upbeat and modern. Large stains on the room carpet. The decor of the hotel and the guest rooms has a very urban and modern feel. The gallery layout of the lobby seems geared toward young professionals. A la carte restaurant choices are available any time of day. The sectional sofa and oversize ottoman (not to mention huge TV) make the room very comfortable. Plush linens and towels, and an extremely quiet location complete the picture.

Big comfortable rooms and great TV. The free breakfast is very limited. Need to add more food. This hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are very comfortable and the internet was very good. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. There was not much to it unless you paid for extra items.

Staff provided excellent service. The Hyatt Place design is appealing. It was well-executed with quality workmanship. Driving through a dozen speed humps to get to hotel. The Hyatt Place design is an upgrade. The staff was friendly and helpful.
