The hotel appeared to be new and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially liked the design of the room, a sitting area separated from the location of the bed and a vanity that included a counter, electrical outlets and mirror separate from the bathroom. This made getting ready much easier when there are multiple people traveling.

Front desk personnel were excellent. Hard to get to. Location was terrible.

Nice impression upon arrival; clean and good sized room. However, what hurt this hotel the most was the front desk clerk. Rude and no customer service skills.

Clean, great TV, great room. Will stay again! This was the BEST Hotel I ever stayed in. I highly recommend this Hotel. Great Hotel for the price. Great TV 42 inch HD TV. I even played my WII Game on the big TV. My wife and I had a Great time, also nice clean bed!

This hotel is in much need of a renovation. The linens are thin and the beds are old. I feel safe staying there. Breakfast menu was better last year than this year.

Watch out for unexpected charges. Actually not happy with them right now.

The room was advertised as queen bed. It appeared to be a full size bed.

I liked the layout of the room and the way it was set up. I do not have anything I did not like at this hotel. I enjoyed my stay, except they were doing some work on the roof and I was on the top floor. This work started at 8 AM, then immediately after I exited the shower and was brushing my teeth, there was no water! Apparently the construction crew hit a water line while they were working. I do not know what I would have done, had I still had shampoo or conditioner in my hair when this happened.

Spacious room. Under construction. Nice hotel except it was under construction while we were there.

The hotel was under construction, the beds were junk. The hotel did not have anything I would call a suit like they said they had. The rooms were of decent size, but the bed and fold out were of little comfort. Half the hotel was under construction so there was limited parking and no front lobby. I had to be let in through a side entrance which was electronically locked. It made the area feel less than safe.

The suite we had was clean and large. It met all our needs. The hotel was being renovated so many of the facilities were not available. Parking was a bit of a problem because of the construction since we basically were using the back door for entry. This did not cause us a problem but was a minor inconvenience. Overall we liked the price, for a very nice hotel.

Location and access. The hotel was under going a major renovation nobody told me and it was quite noisy. The hotel was undergoing an upgrade which was needed. While the location of the hotel was very accessible it was disappointing that I was not informed regarding the upgrade. It was very noisy with work beginning at 5 am some mornings. The air conditioners in both rooms did not work properly. There was no work out room available and the internet was up and down.

The room was clean and had a kitchenette. The sheets were thread-bare and the underconstruction lobby work-around was poor. Overall, the room was fine, but the entrance into the hotel parking lot was awkward and confusing. The bedding was of poor quality, but clean. The desk help person at check-in was confused by every question, even which entrance was closest to my room. Luckily, I had no special needs or requests and my expectations are fairly low.

Breakfast buffet is very nice. We've stayed here 3 different times and the staff is mostly indifferent. The motel is clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet is nicer than most.

The had an excellent continental breakfast. We had 3 people one bed one slept on the couch. I thought it was an excellent hotel with friendly staff. Very convenient.

Clean and spacious room. No pool or hottub. It was a clean hotel with friendly staff. Lack of pool was a small problem because I was traveling with children, but overall it was a good stay. The hotel was easy to access from the highway and convienently located on the northern side of Milwaukee. The breakfast was super!

Room had kitchenette, nice shower, spacious, internet access. Breakfast staff was not real friendly and accommodating. Clean, accessible, affordable and friendly and accommodating in most areas. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate.

Very clean, bright, excellant amenities. Only one complaint. Asked for towels/pillow, were told they would be right up, never did come. Very clean, bright atmosphere. All employees were nice and friendly except one or two behind front desk. Two must have been having a bad day, not very helpful or friendly.

Friendly front desk, and easy access. This location is easy to find and affordable. Friendly front desk and snacks available in lobby. The breakfast that comes with the room charge was great. Easy parking and access to the interstate. Would use this hotel again.
Date of Stay:

It was clean. Uncomfortable beds and right next to a busy highway. No extras very simple and musty smelling. We would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
