I have a family of 4 and we really liked our room. We had a King size bed and a queen sofa pull out for our 2 boys (Ages 10 & 6). The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good, missing donuts or some sort of pastry, otherwise OK. Very nice area, newly developed shopping center across the street. Very easy access to IH-40. We would definitely stay here again.

When our car was stolen the manager refused to come to the hotel and meet with us. She left the problem up to a VERY young and apparently inexperienced clerk to handle a very bad situation. We were not comped our room, even though we asked and we even had to find our own way to the airport to rent a car to return home. Amerisuites has yet to contact me and even show concern for what happened on their property even though I did call thier customer care line and give them all the information.

The location. Bed was too short and conditioner was very, very loud. The continental breakfast was schedule from 7:00 am - 10:30 am but it was removed at 10:00 am and it had no pastries. The bathroom was very small and the tub was not clean. Pigeons made noise outside our window.

We have stayed at these Hotels numerous times and the services and ammenities are excellant. This hotel in Albuquerque has an excellant staff and the HDTV is awesome.

No frills, just a large excellent suite-type room with lots of amenities. The bathtub shower is super slippery. Outstanding if you don't need luggage assistance, bell services, a bar, information about the city you're in, etc. This was our first stay at a Hyatt Place and we extended one night to two; we stayed the next night in one in Oklahoma City, and looked for, but didn't find one in Springfield, MO the next night. We liked it.

The hotel was wonderful! Clean, quiet and the beds were very comfortable. It wasn't a child friendly place. The hotel was located by a lot of great shopping and not far from old town.

Very attractive and large room with 42' big screen TV. AC unit not functioning properly and pillows were too big. Nice hotel in good location. Has spacious rooms with a large 42' TV. Friendly staff, free internet, including two terminals downstairs for those without portable laptop computers. Breakfast area is classy and done well. My only complaints were that the pillows were not comfortable.

Clean, new and the beds were comfortable. Besides the renovation that is taking place at the Sheraton I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is located by 2 malls and one out door mall. It is also surrounded by allot of good restaurants.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very spacious. I would have liked to have had a whirlpool with the pool facilities. This was a great hotel to accommodate a larger family. Each room had a fold-out couch and small refrigerator with plenty of room to spare. There was a nice breakfast provided and an option to order additional food from the galley, which is open 24 hours a day.

Great Value for the price. There was nothing that displeased me. This hotel is in a great location. It's within walking distance of shopping and a wide variety of restaurants.

Improved a lot from it's AmeriSuites days. And all non-smoking. My room adjacent the elevator had a loud hum from the equipment. Clean, with a pretty good free breakfast (and better for some cost) and a good exercise room. Rooms are up to date, with plasma TV and good furnishings. Quiet and does not stink of smoke or air freshener.

The room was well appointed and attractive. The hotel staff were rude and poorly informed about the city. The hotel staff gave me a very hard time about specifying that I would like a room with two double beds. They told me that they refused to help me but after that, we were given a room with two double beds. The room was quite attractive, and the location was convenient, but the experience with the hotel desk staff marred our experience. As a side observation, the hotel was not even particularly busy, and I did not see that many cars or other guests to make me suspect that rooms were in short supply.

The large, flat panel television in the room. The hotel was under construction. There was no wireless internet and the breakfast was lacking. I really enjoy Hyatt Place, the brand. They have great value. So when I saw that my bid for this hotel was accepted, I was excited. However, I ended up somewhat disappointed. This Hyatt Place had not yet finished its conversion from Amerisuites. They lobby was under construction and so the breakfast area was not yet complete. Consequently the breakfast was quite lacking. In addition, there was no wireless internet access. There was an Ethernet cable in the room, but the connection was rather slow. Also, only one of the two elevators was in operation which made for long waits. Maybe when this hotel has completed the transformation it will be up to Hyatt Place standards, but I would call ahead first to make sure.

Room clean, staff excellent. Remodeling, noisy, entrance was total disarray. I think once the remodeling is complete, it will be an excellent place to say. It is unfortunate that when reservations are made we are not told of remodeling.

The location was GREAT! The location is great. Right accross the street from the uptown shopping center. Great access to many restaurants and shopping. Rooms were very nice and the 42" plasma TV is a nice touch.
