Unexpectedly outstanding. After a long day spent driving, it was like walking into an oasis in the desert. Great, earth-toned feng shui with a very upscale look. My standard king size room had a swiveling 42" plasma TV with multiple AV hookups on the side; a spacious living room area with couch and ottoman; kitchenette with mini-fridge; and separate shower and sink quarters. I've stayed at the Wynn Las Vegas and, all hyperbole aside, this room was quite comparable. Wish I could've stayed longer!

The beds were really comfortable and the decor was beautiful. I was very impressed with the staff . They were very friendly and helpful. The overall accommodations were wonderful. I was very happy with the overall experience.

Room was nice and clean. Comfortable, The problem the toilet didnt flush. Called desk they sent up a young man with a plunger. He was there about 10 min. said it works ok. front desk said they had been very busy.prior to my arrival. I should of checked it myself. Went out to dinner did not use toilet till in the morning. Needless to say flooded the floor. I called down and told them . Packed my belongings went down and checked out. Never again.

The hotel is lacking to say the least! The lounge in the lobby does not offer a family friendly environment! Too many nights of drunken military guys and very loud. Taking a shower is an adventure! The hot water is not consistent. The " Grand Breakfast" is bagels, fruit and toast, anything else costs extra! Over all the staff are wonderful, and do the best they can with what they have to offer. Apparently the "pool" has been under "renovations" for over a year?!?!? I would not reccomend...

I was a very nice hotel, Room was big, clean, best hotel I stayed at in a long time. When i make it back to Boise I will stay here again. This is what a hotel should be like.

Boutique hotel at low price. Stain on bedspread. Mostly succeeds at trying to feel like a boutique hotel. Weekend prices great. A few fit and fitness details do bring cheaper motels to mind. Small bathroom. Good breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised with the modern updates to this hotel. We have stayed here in the past and have always been pleased with all it has to offer. Although I was a bit taken back when we pulled out the hide-a-bed and it was covered with a dirty sheet and particles that had fallen through the couch cushions. The maids evidently don't clean this on a daily basis.

The room was very nice. It was modern and comfortable. There was a large LCD TV, which swiveled from the bedroom area to the couch area. The location is great. There are stores and restaraunts in every direction. The only complaint I have is that the hot water in the shower ran out at about 8:00 AM. When I questioned the front desk, I was told that the hot water had all been used, and I would need to wait for the tank to heat up again. A little inconvenient, however, had I not waited until the last minute, I could have waited for the hot water. Overall, this was a pleasant stay....9 month old baby and all.

We were greeted by the reservationist, who gave us many choices including what floor and view we would like. She came from behind the counter and shook hands and oriented us to the hotel and accommodations. Our room was great with everything promised and more, very roomy and clean. Just wish we had a microwave in the room, otherwise all was perfect. Bed was very comfortable with large fluffy pillows.

The hotel is completely renovated and it is beautiful. The rooms are very clean and well decorated. There was way too many people eating breakfast at the same time. That was the only downer but it was still great. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was great. Great Location. We traveled with 2 small children, got 2 rooms adjoining and had wonderful help from the front desk manager even though I purchased my tickets on line. Lots of ammenities. Will stay there again.

The room was quiet and comforatable. Routine maid service was lacking - towels, kleenex were not left even when requested. When I made the reservation I was told an indoor pool and fitness center are available - the pool has been closed for the past year and the fitness center is little a treadmill and stationary bike. NOT family friendly at all! Concerns expressed by my husband and I were not resolved.

Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was a little weak. Although may be not the most convenient location, it was great for where I needed to be. I think this hotel provides a refreshing difference to most of the regular hotels with slightly larger rooms and nice floor plans. Decorated well. The staff is extraordinarily nice.

We had a little trouble finding the hotel because they were just changing from Amerisuites, to Hyatt and Travelocity didn't mention that. Getting into the building was a little frustrating due to construction, but other than that a pretty nice stay. The bed was ok, a little hard, but nothing terrible. The room was very clean, barely remodeled. The pool was closed for construction, so if you are planning on staying here in the near future, don't plan on the pool. The staff was friendly, and check in/out was a breeze. I also quite enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, it was great. I really would have given this hotel full marks if not for the construction. The equipment in the fitness room is fantastic, eliptical and treadmills, with little tv's in each. That was great! I look forward to staying here the next time I go to Boise, you really can't beat the value.

Lovely hotel, convenient location, well appointed rooms, quiet and clean, huge tv. Only two issues: continental breakfast was very limited compared to others, and the water temperature in the sinks was not always cold. I would turn the knob for cold water and would get warm water. Otherwise, it was great.
