We were attending a meeting. The breakfast was wonderful in the morning. We didn't have to go out to eat before our meeting. The bed and pillows were so soft and comfortable. It was very quiet at night, even though there were a lot of people staying there. Hyatt Place is the best. I would stay there again. :)

We stayed for a couple days visiting some relatives in the Topeka area. The rooms are great!! not only the 42 inches HD TV but the bed and sofa bed were so comfortable. The breakfast was good and also we have the opportunity to have some drinks (wine) at night time. We will be back to the hyatt in topeka on our next visit to topeka area. Great Hotel.

I stayed at the Ameri Suites while I was there on a business trip. The room was basic, but clean, fine for a couple of days where we were mostly out and about. The linens need replacing. Also- they are no longer pet friendly - their policy changed March 2007 - strictly NO Pets now. Despite the linen situation, I will be staying there again, mainly because the rate is the best I could find with the amenities offered.

The spacious rooms, complimentary breakfast, nice pool, noon checkout. We loved the room for our family travel. (We considered this hotel for our staff conference, but ruled it our when we found out the price of the conference room per day.)

The beds were full size, didn't have queen. The beds were litteraly rock hard. The pillows were thin and lumpy. If you want a nice looking and clean place, this is it. If you want a good night sleep, this definately is not it.

Clean, up to date decor. Continental breakfast was simple and had minimal choices. Food was fresh. Loved this hotel. Very quite and business traveler friendly. Will stay here on every trip to this location again. Dining is close to hotel. Decor is updated. Rooms are nice size.

I expected more of a Days Inn style of hotel but was very surprised, excellent rooms, large and roomy and well equipped. Highly recommend it.

We liked the size and cleanliness of the room. We liked everything about the hotel. The Hyatt Place was welcoming, clean, and convenient. The room was very large with a separate area with a couch, sink, refrigerator, and desk. We will stay there again when we return to Topeka!

Excellent value. Very clean. Convenient location. No complaints. This Hyatt Place hotel is convenient from I-70 and is a great value for families or business travelers. Our rooms were spacious and suite-like, very clean, and with all amenities (large flat screen TV, iron, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, refrigerator, hide-a-bed sofa etc). The staff was uniformly helpful and polite. Parking was free, ample and convenient. At twice the price this hotel would still be a 10.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Galley dinning took forever to make a couple of sandwiches. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room layout was very nice with the couch and mini-kitchen. We would stay there again and recommend it to others. One small piece of advice, skip the 24 hour dining at the hotel and eat in town.

Large hotel rooms, friendly staff, great service, free WiFi! huge flat screen TV. Parking too far from hotel, bathroom was too small. This hotel is very beautiful, very clean. The hotel rooms have a large sitting area with a sectional, desk, and coffee/end tables. There are mini fridges (which is great if you're in town for a few days or more). Our room had 2 double beds. The room smelled very fresh and everything was clean. The window even opened so we could let in the cool Topeka air. The only draw back to the room: The bathroom is very tiny, however. There is a full size tub, but if you open the bathroom door, you have to stand beside the toilet so you don't rake the door over your feet. Most of the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Some were not. My mother and I got locked out of our room early one morning. We were both in PJs, no make up, hair not combed (we'd just got up), no shoes. The maids were on our floor but wouldn't let us back into our room, so we had to go downstairs like that! There was no excuse for that; I understand it's a safety thing, but honestly, what were going to do, stink-feet the room or something? Over all, it was a great hotel. I'd stay there again, just do not lock yourself out of your room. What a hassle!

Up to date, clean, good location, layout. Did not have HD available for the wide screen TV's. Overall, an excellent hotel in Topeka, KS. Stayed the first time and had a great experience and booked another stay for a different date. Rooms are very nice, clean, modern, comfortable and functional.

Very convenient to shops and very friendly staff. Very clean, comfortable hotel and conveniently located. Comfortable bed, sofa and accommodating staff. I would recommend this hotel.
