Was there on business but had the wife and 3-year-old with me. We always try to get a Hyatt Place wherever we go because the room is a great layout for us and they have the most comfortable hotel mattresses we've slept on. Plus, there's the 42" HDTV with an easy access panel of inputs for laptop, DVD, etc! This is the only time we've had a few knocks on the visit. First one - lesson learned, when you're asked for a room location, make sure you are not right next to the elevator. The door is recessed a couple feet and (at least compared to our memory) cuts off the sq. footage of the room. The door almost hits the couch when you open it. Second one - this may sound strange, but I like the smell of the Hyatt Place. They all smell the same. Some kind of new/fresh smell I recognize but can't describe. The lobby and halls had that scent, but, our room had a strong chemical cleaner smell. Not an overbearing or persistent smell, but not what we're used to. Last - and I realize we got to the complimentary breakfast 15 minutes before it closed...but coffee was empty, other items were very low and as I was standing next to the tray with all the jellies, butter, etc...the attendant came by and took away what few items were left. But again, we love the hotel design/concept and plenty things are great about it. It's always the first chain we look for wherever we go together. These were just a few things that I felt didn't live up to prior stays. If nothing else, take the hint about the rooms next to the elevators.

The layout of the room and the 42"TV and programming. Nothing. Exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable for relaxing and working.

Great little hotel with cool amenities and a friendly staff. Contemporary interior design including a dining area and Starbucks coffee bar - espressos and lattes around the clock!! Great suite-like rooms with desk, wi-fi, huge flatscreen TV and wonderful seating area. Super comfortable beds. Yummy breakfast - egg and waffle dishes are extra and the complimentary continental fare is quite good.

The decor in the lobby and rooms was very neutral but not boring; it evoked a peaceful feeling. The room was amazingly spacious (room for five women and their stuff to spread out without tripping all over each other - WOW!), and there was room for socializing. We were stunned at the comfort of the beds (and the sleeper sofa). It was quiet and comfortable - we hated to leave! The breakfast was good (the melon wasn't great, but everything else was delicious), and the staff were all very helpful and pleasant. We'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel was excellent. Staff was nice and the rooms were GREAT. The only issue I had was that when I went to check in, the card that Orbitz uses as their company card was declined. That caused a issue with check in. Other than that everything was great.

Clean. No hot meals available. Clean rooms, business amenities, no hot meals, but variety of restaurants within walking distance.

I won a $500 Hyatt Gift Card from the company I work for and tried to use it here. After great discussions with many people, it was decided that this site would not Honor the Hyatt Gift card! Even though the 1-866 Customer Service on the back of the card said they would, what gives. I could not get an explanation as to why this site did not accept the gift card. Will not recommend this hotel to any friends or family. Not concerned with taking care of the customer, just want your money.

It rained every day, but there are terrific restaurants, including Charleston, very nearby as well as a gas station that provides other necessities. A Starbucks is inside the hotel, and the continental breakfast is good enough to start the day. The staff bends over backward to be helpful. There are two free computers in the business center. Must sees: the Gilcrease Museum. Oral Roberts Prayer Tower and the Will Rogers Museum in Claremore. Nearby shopping malls include Utica Square and Woodland Hills. You need a car.

We felt that the 2 star rating for this hotel was fair. It was a good value for the price. We stayed multiple nights, and room cleaning was a little too minimal on a daily basis.

Decor was contemporary, the beds were so comfortable! We loved the rooms, the beds were so soft, the pull out sofa was comfy, the staff was always great and smiling. I am going to the Hyatt again in another City for vacation, thanks to how much I loved my stay here!

Nice, clean, big rooms. Great for those with kids. Pool was out of service. Kids were looking forward to swimming. We will stay at this hotel any time we are in the Tulsa area. The rooms are very large and clean. Large flat screen TV is also nice. Would like a better selection at breakfast, but McDonalds is very close by.

The staff was amazing! Very knowledgeable. We've never felt more welcome. We'll definitely be back! Even with the "do not disturb" sign on the door, the housekeeping service entered our room while we were getting dressed. The facilities are beautiful & spotless but the staff was literally amazing. Absolute professionals while still maintaining the most pleasant attitudes we've ever encountered. This is now at the top of our list for excellent places to stay!

Modern amenities, clean, great continental breakfast & coffee bar. The outdoor pool was closed for maintenance 2 of the 4 days we were there. I would recommend this hotel for its location, good value & cleanliness. The rooms are nicely appointed and the room was always cleaned by the time we returned in the afternoon. The guest service staff was cordial and very helpful.

Nice and clean. A little bit more expensive than we would have liked, but great hotel. One of our favorite places to stay.

It was very clean and more then I expected. Because of the changing of the hotel name, there was no eating area. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who enjoys clean, nice big rooms and a friendly stuff.

Kitchenette. Failure of front office staff to forward important messages. At 7:00a.m. the Sunday papers were all gone. They suggested I walk next door to Utotum to buy one. No way to avoid sprinklers to re-enter. I ask that the business partner meeting me have his name removed from billing as my credit card was on file. NOT DONE. Actually they had his name and my credit card number! No interaction with front desk was successful!!!
