The service was Sterling and food great. The front desk sat me down at grante counter and proceeded to make me anything I wanted. Orbitz came through with every promise!

We were very impressed with this new facility. The staff members were sharp and efficie nt. The room was clean, attractive and well designed. The only frustration was no phone book or "local attractions" literature in the room.

Were in town to visit the campus of Notre Dame. The hotel was convenient to the campus and to many restaurants. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious and very quiet. The continental breakfast was also very nice. My wife and I would rate our stay as one of the most enjoyable we have ever experienced. If ever in the area again we will definitely stay there.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool and breakfast closes too early. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed the stay and felt it was well worth the price we had agreed to. Everyone was happy and easy to deal with.

Beautiful room. Great staff. Boutique ambience. We were there for a family wedding so we didn't use the pool or fitness center. The food service is high level pick up, perfectly adequate for us. The coffee maker in the room was lousy as were the coffe pods which resulted in no taste, but there is coffe available in the dining room for those who awake on time which is just fine. The separate sitting area is comfortable and spacious. We found the stay to be perfect for our needs.

Very clean and modern amenities. Pool was closed - I even called a week earlier to verify they had a pool. Staff was very nice and did offer a free movie for the kids as the pool was closed.

I had never heard of Mishawaka before so I wasn't sure what to expect. The hotel is great! It is in an area where there is much commercial, many chain food restaurants nearby, retail stores. The room is large and extremely modern - Asian deco. The beds are very comfortable, and you are equipped with plenty of blankets and fluffy pillows. There is a small fridge that one can use, I know this comes in handy when traveling with small children that want milk / snacks late at night. Over all I loved it! Is is very clean, quiet, the employees are very friendly! One small detail, we ordered from the virtual kitchen menu, but we found it to be unworthy. The price for a plate of Raviolis (tasted over microwave - cooked) didn't seem to fit the $16 tag. Skip the microwaved food, stay for the comfort. This was not enough to keep me away though. My family and I will definitely return again and again!

Spacious rooms with lots of outlets. The staff is snotty and slow. I stayed 2 nights, one on priceline, one out of pocket with my Hyatt rewards number in hand. It is amazing the attitude change checking out of my priceline room and back in with Hyatt number.

We stayed at this new property for several days during a visit home to see family. We have stayed at nearly every property in the area and this one is the nicest for the price! Beautiful room, super-comfy bed, extra pillows, huge TV. Breakfast was good, about the same as other hotels, but with the added feature of hot meals available at an additional cost. Staff were pleasant and housekeeping was attentive. Overall a very good value.

Very European. Loved the European style and cleanliness. They had it down to the rooms, ambiance, breakfast (without tons of Styrofoam and paper), the lobby music, then telephones, etc. Just loved it.

Very modern facility. It has a very modern feel. Sectional couch in the room, Flat Screen TV, Waterfall Shower. Lots of space. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Loved the layout of the room, the style and the comfort of the living area. Bathroom is 5+ awesome TV. The staff was inaccessible, called front desk several times and no answer. Not user friendly for after hours dining in room. The Hyatt Place is a beautiful hotel, with comfortable rooms, and the first hotel couch I could sit on and actually be comfortable. The TV was awesome, loved the layout and modern feel without a cold feeling. Bathrooms/dressing area also felt bedroom and not cold and sterile. I will stay at a Hyatt Place whenever possible

Clean andappeared safe. Hotel was sufficient but the bathroom was very poorly designed with inadequate hooks and bars for towels etc. Beds and linens were clean and lobby area was clean.

It was still new smelling. Clean and nice breakfast. Would stop there overnight anytime. Staff was great and the beds were so nice. Also great TV.
