The best personel of all the hotels I have ever been! Little far from everything but they take you to the town by the hotel shuttle (coplimentary). Avoid riding taxis if possible, they are expensive, as there is practically no public transportation abavlaible to go around. Would go again.

The room was spacious with a great layout. I always prefer the bathroom sink area outside of the shower/tub/toilet area. Climate control was good...no noisy, rattling fans to sleep over. The hot breakfast was a good way to start off a very busy day. Also, if you are visiting Princeton, you are only a mile away...great location.

Ilove staying at the Hyatt place, great room for the money. This hotel is conveniently located by restaurants, the mall, and the movie theater. The hotel is a great value for the price. Hyatt place is definitely keeping up with the times.

Comfortable, well laid out rooms, wonderful staff, easy feel, just the right services. Decor attempts trendiness without success, brown colors depressing, bathroom could use update. Excellent hotel, comfortable, welcoming, rooms are laid out in an excellent way, and everything functions well. Has exactly the services needed, the small espresso bar/24-hour food service counter at the reception is great. The visual impact is a little old-fashioned trendy - the musty brown decor could be updated to be good-looking, genuinely modern. The bathrooms could be updated, but they're still basically quite okay.

The staff was very helpful. I needed to freeze 2 ice packs for keeping medication cold and they froze them for me, no questions asked. Nothing.

Clean. Poor placement of guests. Although the hotel was clean and well cared for, there are two Hyatt's, approximately 1 mile from each other. Clarification as to which hotel is which would have helped. The room assigned to us was next door to several rooms that were occupied by young women partying all night. Better thought when placing guests.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. Room exceeded all my expectation. There are large and open rooms, flat screen TV. Bathroom could be cleaner and there were not much closet space in the room.
