The hotel was a pleasant surprise, with a great rate. It is a twenty to thirty minute drive to downtown activities.

The beds arevery comfortable. I felt safe in the area. I stayed two days, my bed was not remade for the 2 nd night. I felt safe in the area, which is a big plus. The beds were very comfortable, but our beds were not made/straightened by the hotel staff on the second night, no one even offered to make the beds. I did not care for the breakfast at this hotel, you need more of a selection without having to special order.

My stay here was work related. I was a long ways from home, but the staff was friendly. Their personalities were warming, as well as welcoming. Therefore it made my stay(due to being home-sick) less complicated. The stay was marvelous!

The room was great for the family. Only problems are that they do not have a microwave in the room or an inside pool. Staff was fantastic no problems at all. Would definitely stay there again.

We found everything about the hotel was AAA. The breakfast could have lasted till 10:30. After all when on vacation we like to sleep in but we managed. I have stayed in same hotel in Rogers Ark. They are now my #1 pick for the price. Very upscale. Comfotable beds, sheets, pillows. Real glasses and mugs. Breakfast was very nice. Coffee grew hair on my chest but diluting by 1/3 it was great but thats Starbucks for you. See you soon!!!

Very clean and neat. No vending machines. The location was quiet and the room was quiet, and very clean. I wish that the television selection had more options for children, most of those required payment.

Holy smokes! This place is awesome. Probably among the nicest hotels I've stayed in at any price (even some 5 stars) and by far...BY FAR...the best room I've stayed in for under a C note. Large sitting area, huge flat panel TV with loads of inputs available, free WiFi, very clean and well maintained, friendly and efficient staff, all night kitchen...I could go on and on. We were only going to stay one night and go home, but after seeing the hotel and the room we are seriously considering another night just to stay in a nice place and feel semi-pampered.

The staff at hotel were almost mom and pop as far as making you feel at home. Very helpfull when we asked for directions to sites; gave me a map to location. Rooms were more than adequate for the family of 3. Loved the big TV; having the 3rd bed made from the sofa was great! I was given extra coffee; creamer and sugar from housekeeping without questions so we had our coffee in the room in the morning without having to get dressed to go downstairs.

Lots of space to relax. To far away from downtown. A little to far away from downtown, but the rooms are nice and big, plenty of space.

I was there for a quick visit with friends, and its central location facilitated meeting up with them. I liked the free internet and the ability to have a snack and a quality beer at a very reasonable price.

Comfy couch in room and big TV. Near train tracks with train coming through early morning. This hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were up to date and comfortable.

The remodel was finished when we stayed at the Hyatt Place. The room was nice. The bathroom was remodeled... nothing spectacular, but nice enough. We loved the TV and the room layout with the sitting area. It was a good value for the price, we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for one night. We visited Graceland and Beale Street, which were terrific. We ate at Corky's, which had very good food. Our stay was really nice.

The room was very comfortable and safe for young children. The toilet clogged easily. Ever since I stayed at the Hyatt in Atlanta, I always try to stay at this brand. The rooms are clean and comfortable as well as affordable. I have a one and a three year old and the rooms were kid friendly.

The rooms where spacious and well appointed. The large plasma TV was such a treat. We had a great stay!! The continental breakfast was very nice and the dining area was just as comfortable as the rooms. Nice job Hyatt!!

Tiffany at the front desked, called me to tell me I could check in early and found a double bed that I asked for because when I origianlly booked my hotel, there was only king size bed available. The front desk people were always friendly and very helpful. (Lee and Tiffany are the two names I remember, but there were a few others as well.)

It was very spacious. Very nice TV. Ididn't like the pool being so cold. All in all it was a great hotel. Loved the room.I would recommend it to any one. It had all the things that you would need. Thumbs up. I'll stay in it many more times.
