My overall stay at the Hyatt Place Plano was good. My daughter was in a college exposure softball tournament that weekend in the area. Everything about the hotel was great, except the fact that starting Friday night the room air conditioner did not work properly. I told the staff the next morning and maintenance supposedly resolved the issue that day. Wrong. I told the staff again Saturday night. The air conditioner was never repaired thus not giving me or my daughter the best night sleep. This was an important weekend for her and I wish the accommodations could have been a little better for her sake. We stayed in this hotel last year and it was great. I would most likely give the hotel ONE more shot.

this hotel was wonderful. the staff was extremly courteous and friendly. i had a late flight,but they still let me use the hotel shuttle to go to the mall and lunch after i checked out. the room was wonderful with a swiveling 42 inch plasma so i could watch in sitting area or bed. stay here was great, and would definatly stay here again.

We were very impressed with this hotel - the lobby was inviting and very informal - the check in and out process was very quick and easy. We enjoyed a complementary breakfast thatwas very tasty - juice, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurts and coffee and tea. There were tables all around the dining area and lobby area to eat a breakfast or just talk to friends. The staff was very cordial. Our room was very large - with a living area with a large HD TV (pay movies, games and special shows available) and a nice bedroom with a great bed. Bathroom was very efficient and the shower was great. It was a great 2 night experience - I very much recommend this hotel - only 20 minutes from Dallas via Toll road. Shuttle Van available 24 hours to take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius - we went to a great mall with up-scale stores.

The Hyatt Place has well designed rooms and the decor is pleasing and comfortable. The Lobby is also nice and welcoming. But there are some things you might miss at the Hyatt Place, Like ice machines on every floor, if you want ice close by, ask for a floor that has an ice maker. Also there are no vending machines, so if you need something to drink, bring your own, or else you will have to get it in the Lobby. Bellmen, I don't think they have, I didn't see any to help with my Luggage.

The room was great! Spacious, clean, lovely. Breakfast area was a little crowded I was impressed with the size of the room. My husband loved the flat screen TV. My kids loved the swimming pool. You did it againPriceline.I've already told all my friends and family about your great service.

The 42" flat screen, the great seating area, very comfortable beds, clean, safe, behind the Tom Thumb and across the parking lot from Saltgrass, Ten minutes to StoneBriar Mall, Sam Moon and great Frisco shopping. From tollway you can get to just about anywhere in North Dallas in less than 20 minutes. Will definitely stay there again.

This hotel lobby is being renovated, but never mind that...the rooms are awesome! It is a suite with a sweet bed. The 42 inch TV rotates so it can be seen from the bed or from the cozy couch with ottoman. I loved it. Great value.

This hotel has everything that you would need: a) A great lounge area with bar. b) A small deli type restaurant open 24/7 c) Spacious rooms with great decor. d) Flat Panel TV's with HD programming. e) Couches with comfortable roll away beds. f) In-Room refrigerator/sink area. g) Lots of power outlets. We are already planning our trip to Dallas this December and will definitely stay at the Hyatt place.

Pretty, clean and the layout was so modern. Very busy, slow elevator. Would highly recommend. The rooms were modern and the floor plan was so functional. TheTV was flat screen and swiveled for viewing in the bed or couches.

The staff was very friendly and the room was beautiful. More breakfast selection would have been goo. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Wonderful, clean rooms, friendly staff, and great location.
