I arrived late and left early...that said the late staff was friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, well designed and comfortable. A good layout for today's traveler. I would suggest that they add a bit of space to the Shower/toilet space.

The toilet in the room was not working so we had to use a plunger each time we used it. The food and juice on the breakfast buffet was frozen. The toaster didn't work.

Large, clean rooms. No microwave in the room. Hotel has a very friendly staff, clean exterior and interior with nicely furnished rooms. 42inch TV was very nice as well!

My son and I had an excellent stay. Everyone at Amerisuites was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a lot to offer. The hotel was located in a convenient loacation.

I liked this better than regular Hyatt's. Service was excellent. Location was excellent. Staff was excellent. I will definitely stay at other Hyatt Place's when I travel.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We were traveling from Erie to Pittsburgh and spent 1 night in the hotel. It was clean, the continental breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The 24/7 food service, the friendly staff, the excellent TV service andimmaculate room. The 24/7 food service could have a little more variety in the menu, focusing a touch more on healthy options. The hotel is located at the intersection of two highways, with nothing much close by. It's 20 miles outside of Pittsburgh. It's a great option for staying close to, but not in, the city. The 24/7 meal service was hassle-free. It is a self-contained, wonderful, quiet andfriendly place to rest and relax. There are other options for food close by, but the hotel order menu is adequate and the included breakfasts are excellent.

Friendly and helpful staff! The room was unexpectedly cosy! Nothing. Very friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay for the both of us! I especially like the design of the room, the big couch enlightened me and my girlfriend unexpectedly.

The contemporary and cutting edge design, clean, comfortable andnice ammenities (large HD TV), great business and personal connectivity resources. The location is off the beaten path also additional upgrades could be added such as jacuzzi tubs. This is a great place to host business events, provides round the clock connectivity and food resources, friendly and eager to assist staff, clean and contemporary accommodations with large HDTV and wet bar as well as sofa for additional accomodations or for entertaining/hosting.

Clean, recently renovated and modern. Large rooms, and well planned. This was a nice hotel. Large rooms with a fridge and plenty of space to spread out. Could easily travel with a family and not be cramped. It had an indoor pool, I did not use it. The location was very convenient. There was also a nice little grill/bar in the hotel along with a few item you could take out. I would stay there again.

The 46" plasma TV. The pool was small. Happy with most of everything that I was looking for. The TV signal did go out for a couple of hours, therefore no TV. But that was a small inconvenience.
