The Hotel was a nice place, the staff was friendly and the rooms were incredible. When we went down for the continental breakfast it was hard finding clean dishes to put the food on. There were no vending machines and the food they sold was outrageously overpriced even for a Hotel near a tourist attraction.

Central location, activities and restaurants all around. Overall we loved it. Mini golf course within walking distance, so many food choices to select from. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely WILL stay again. Staff was friendly, room was very clean. Plasma TV and sectional couch were great extras. Bathroom had nice granite countertops. Computer station was a great plus. Fruit, cereal, bagels, etc were offered. No protein (e.g., hard boiled eggs) unless you purchase a meal, which we did. It was a little pricey, and average tasting. Convenient to most areas of Nashville. Price was reasonable. Very close to Opry Mills Mall. This was PERFECT for us since we had our own activites planned. If you are looking for a hotel with a restaurant and exercise facility, this is not for you.

The hotel was very nice and clean. We will definitely say at the Hyatt next time we are in Nashville!

There was a high def TV in the room! The breakfast area was a little cramped. The room was lovely and spacious. It was a suite with an open design. On one side, a king sized bed; on the other side, a large, comfy sectional couch. There was a flat-screen HD TV that could be swiveled so you could watch from the bed or the couch. Awesome. There was a nice breakfast buffet included. The hotel is located across the way from Opryland and the huge Gaylord hotel. There were tons of restaurants nearby as well.

The hotel itself is very nice. It's quiet, clean and the staff is helpful. You will need to rent a car unless you plan on spending your entire time in Nashville in the Opryland area. A typical cab ride to downtown Nashville will run you $ plus tip.

all staff members except one very friendly and helpful.went to check out he didn't greet me and talked with another who came up behind me. i think was another employee.he should always take care of customers first. very hard to get into bathroom because door was not located right. all in all stay was most enjoyable.

We loved the modern theme of the hotel. The room was large enough that our kids had room to play. The beds were great and we loved the 42" flat screen! All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very small, but workable. We will definitely stay there again.

This was a great place to stay while we visited the Grand Ole Opry and the General Jackson Riverboat. The hotel provided shuttle service to the Gaylord which was good since we would have had to pay a parking fee if we had driven ourselves.

Clean rooms, nicely furnished, evening receptionistvery nice and helpful! Stain on a throw pillow. Late night receptionist wasvery rude. Very nice hotel! It is probably the nicest hotel in the Opryland area other than the resort. If you plan on going to just the Opryland area in Nashville, it's a great place to stay, but most of the activities I planned were downtown.

Disappointed with the Hotel in general. Almost no facilities. Fitness center is two tread mills !! The pool is located across the parking lot 50 feet away from the back door of the hotel. No resteraunt or bar

We recently stayed in The Hyatt Place in Louisville & Nashville. WOW what a great place! comfortable bed/pillows, Spacious rooms with a separate seating area for guests, Great decor, flat screen TV with work station & refridgerator/sink area. We loved everything about this chain of hotels. The continental breakfast and chic decor with beer/wine bar for relaxing after a long drive couldn't have been more welcoming. Guest check in was a breeze & staff was pleasant and more than accomodating with directions and advice. So well kept the hotels even smelled great, It felt almost spa like! Great for a family needing some extra space or just a weekend getaway for two. We can't wait to visit again. Don't forget to sign up for Hyatt rewards card, your going to want to visit again!

Wonderful location, spacious room, nice flat screen HDTV. No vending machines in hotel (required to use lobby concession stand). This hotel was exactly what we were looking for when we booked this reservation. This elegant, family-friendly hotel met all of our expectations. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. One staff member even went out of his way to assist me during the continental breakfast. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

What a wonderfull experience! From the front desk to a super clean room to a very nice layout in the room to an excellent breakfast. This was my first experience with Hyatt Place & I must say if this is any indication of how these hotels are setup I will be staying at Hyatt Place from now on. This hotel was conveniently located to all great restaurants just minutes away. Also they have 24 hour food service which makes it extremely handy if you need a soup or sandwich. The breakfast was great. Will definately stay at this restaurant when I am next in Nashville. PS. I made it a point to congratulate the manager on duty for a well run hotel.
