I attended a conference. My husband loved our location to Old Town Scottsdale and shopping because he had a lot to do during the day. And it was all close!

It was very clean and the staff was very polite. The bathroom construction was a lot less than 4 stars. Hotel was clean, the staff was very polite and friendly. The room was nice, the bed very comfortable, but would have liked easier access to ice per floor than down at the lobby. Enjoyed the greenness of changing linens every three days of your stay. An automatic instead of having to request it.

This place is pretty new. The staff is okay and the rooms are okay. It's not in a great neighborhood though. While we were at the breakfast buffet, a lady had her purse stolen right there in the restaurant! Would not stay again.

At the end of our Grand Canyon trip, before flying home. We stayed here for a night. The room we were given had a 40+ inch Plasma TV, 1 King Bed with a king pull out sofa bed. The room was huge. The pool was nice too. The breakfast was great, not just the normal stuff that you would find in some other hotel's free breakfast. And the staff were so friendly and nice. It was our son's birthday the next day and when the manager found out, she asked her staff to bring a personal cheese cake with a candle to where we were having breakfast and sang the birthday song for our son. He was so happy. No extra charge for the cake and the song. We felt very safe.

Loved the separation of room and living room. Was not keen on the size of the bathroom which comprised of a toilet and tub (sink was situated in bedroom). Very spacious room and quality furnishings for a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were comfortable. Nice beds, pillows, couch and TV. Friendly staff. Everything was clean. Included comfortable bed and large couch with 42" flat TV. Used the guest kitchen to order some food on their touchscreen display. Food was decent and service was relatively quick.

Exceptionally friendly staff. There is no microwave on the premises. Excellent hotel, great staff and very nice rooms. Location in Old Town Scottsdale is within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants.

The linens, the flat screen TV, the large room size. The complimentary breakfast was sparse on selections. This was a great little hotel. I like this Hyatt concept. Very user friendly. Contemporary, workable.

Spacious room with big screen HD TV for watching sports. Nothing really. Traveling alone on business, I appreciated the spacious room with the big screen HD television (fantastic for watching football.). The hotel's location adjacent to Old Town Scottsdale is a real plus too. Friendly staff. Decent continental breakfast each morning. No complaints.

Loved the decor. Free WiFi. Free continental breakfast. Poor workout facilities. No Jacuzzi. Cold pool. The location and decor of the hotel exceeded my expectations. It is all suites, and the crib for my baby was perfect. Free WiFi was a major plus. Poor workout facility options, pool was cold (which should normally be ok in AZ. Just not the weekend we went). Would have liked a Jacuzzi. Loved continental breakfast.

The friendliness of the staff. The parking area was confusing on arrival. Enjoyed the layout of the room and the proximity of Old Town Scottsdale. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Phoenix/Scottsdale. The free Internet is an added bonus.

Staff. Personal belonging were gone through by housekeeping and one of the staff members ignored my concerns. One gentleman tried to help, but the above staff member told me the manager would be giving me a call. This never happened and has still not been addressed.
