We stayed at the Hyatt Place and had a wonderful time. The room was very comfortable and clean. Bed and linens were great. Hotel staff treated us great. The continental breakfast was wonderful. Whenever I am in the Raleigh area I will definitely stay at the Hyatt

I arrived very late due to air traffic issues however, the stress level dropped immediately upon arriving at this Hyatt Place. The staff was welcoming and attentive, even at this late hour, and made check-in a non event. The room was great and the bed helped me get to sleep quickly and the breakfast I had before leaving was just right. I will stay here everytime I'm in Raleigh. If you're into cost v. value comparisons, this is your hotel. Thanks Mark and staff.

I have been using this hotel ever since it became a Hyatt Place. I was actually using it when it was an AmeriSuites, but it is 10 times better as a Hyatt Place. I use this hotel at least 4 times a year for business travel with my stays being a minimum of two days. I have completely stopped looking for a hotel in Raleigh and this is the only hotel I even consider anymore. Every stay has been exceptional. I could not ask for a better value and the price I am getting for the room is a deal. My room is always in excellant condition. It is clean and the furnishings are definitely above average and get the room a bright fresh appearance. The staff could not be better to work with. They are always very friendly and will do anything to help you out. I alvays go back to the hotel before I leave town to book my next reservation because the staff is so helpful. You will not go wrong by choosing this hotel to stay at and if you are not pleased, then you are probably not pleased with any of the hotels you stay at.

If you are staying anywhere else when you come to Raleigh you are selling yourself short!! This place is so contemporary and feels just like home!! Couldnt ask for a better staff from top to bootm.. people were sooo friendly and very caring!! If all Hyatt Places are like this one I will never stay anywhere else!!

The huge flat screen HDTV. The hotel seemed to be brand new and the rooms were magnificent. The flat screen TV was great and the room was spacious.

Booked this hotel to attend a Michael Buble show at the RBC center in September 2008.Great location! Great hotel and staff and decor! Husband very impressed with 42"flat screen tv that swiveled to bed and to sitting area. So impressed with bed and linens called hotel to get info . . . directed to Hyatt.com website and all the info is listed! Must not be the only ones asking!!! One of the best nights sleep I have had in a long time! Very easy to find. Will stay here again when in Raleigh. And oh yea . . . the staff was wonderful. Didn't get a chance to use the bar or eating area in lobby, but looked so nice and clean, just like our room. Gotta find another reason to return to Raleigh, just to stay at this hotel. Maybe a lil Christmas shopping in Raleigh is in order! Did I mention how comfortable the bed was!!!!!!!! 5Star

Great new hotel concept. Brand new rooms with flat screen tv's ... you can plug in your ipod or video cam ... nice sitting area, very compfy bed and great deco. We were amazed to find a place like this for this rate. Very clean and as said brand new. Need a late night/early snack, you can order food downstairs 24 hours (pizza, soups, sandwiches etc ... the staff was extremely and we will def. look up Hyatt Place Hotels from now on.

Evidently Elevator #2 is known for getting stuck. The staff is aware of this and the fire department is a regular visitor. There is no sympathy if you are stranded though.

The room itself was very spacious and extremely comfortable. The ice machines were not on every floor. The continental breakfast was OK but it could have been better. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was great, plenty of room to relax and work. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good price, good location, friendly & helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast bar. Non-smoking room, but smelled very musty, even with air conditioning. A/C filters needed cleaning. Carpet needed cleaning.

Staffwas incredibly helpful. Almost everything: musty odor in the room; mildew in the bathroom; stains on the carpet and furniture. Equivalent to a well worn Motel 6. Poor location. Untrained, inattentive staff. Musty, worn, shoddy rooms.

Flat screen TV the bed and sofa. The Hotel has a nice decor from the Flat screen television, comfortable beds, and full living room section.
