Rooms were close to Embassy Suites in style at a Bergen price. A bit far from the attractions of Nashville but worth the drive. Outstanding staff, best value suite type accommodations and good restaurants nearby.

Huge room, super clean and very, very friendly. I stayed a week and it was so much like home. Nice couch to lounge on, huge TV and bed. Great breakfast (free). I HIGHLY recommend.

I would not stay here again, I am now staying at the Holiday Inn Express just down the road about a mile and 20 bucks less!!!

A+. Bed was squeaky. Hyatt of Hendersonville exceeded my expectations. I have to say after a 12 hour drive, being able to watch a 42" Flat Screen while my wife could browse the blazing fast internet for free was a huge perk. I wish every hotel was of this quality.

Having to pay for a waffle at breakfast was ridiculous. No vending machines for kids? They did not have enough staff on to accommodate travelers quickly. I stood in line to pay for a muffin for 20mins.

The staff was great! It was very clean. Breakfast could stand improvements. Too crowded and not much food. No baby bed available. We will stay there again as it was clean and the staff was nice.

The room was amazing. Great room. Clean. Friendly. Great breakfast.

Suite type rooms are the fantastic, and all the amenities you need. Breakfast was good and the staff was the best. To far from Poeryland, and downtown Nashville but worth the drive. Hard to beat, unless you want to pay much more. Friendly helpful staff, outstanding suite type rooms and close to some good restaurants. A bit far to the attractions but it is worth extra miles.

One word: outstanding. one word: nothing. The overall quality of this hotel was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel for everyone. The services could not be beat. The staff was extremely helpful.

This hotel was updated and very modern. It smelled GREAT! This hotel was modern, clean and smelled fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised the moment I walked in the door. The room was updated, clean, comfortable and had more amenities than I expected for a 3-star. Large flat screen TV, a comfortable couch, a wet bar and more.

The location, cleanness. Everything was great. We had a pleasurable trip & stay.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms with mini fridge and serve good espresso drinks.. Very small bathroom, and no microwave in room. The hotel is really nice and well maintained. The lobby had plenty of sitting area to read or gather with friends. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The lobby serves great espresso drinks for coffee lovers. The free breakfast is limited to fruits bread and cereal so you pay extra for waffles and eggs. Our room was clean and well kept. There is a sitting area, office space that is partially separated from the bedroom area. However, the bathroom could be a little bigger for a three star hotel. Overall, we enjoyed staying a week at this hotel and would recommend it to friends and family.

Hyatt is the best deal, period! None. The Hyatt is awesome place to stay. The rooms are immaculate, and just the best place to stay. If you have stayed at Marriott, Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn then you owe it to yourself to stay the Hyatt. You won't go back..

Very clean and nice. Too many kids running up and down the hall late at night.

The decor was interesting and out of the ordinary. It seems that comfort was sacrificed in favor of style. Loved the decor. The carpet was stained and the bed was cheap and uncomfortable, shifting on its frame. We arranged for a different room, went down to get the keys, and promptly walked into somebody else's room. They bought us each a glass of wine for the mistake. The new room that they put us in had just as uncomfortable a bed. The bathtub had old, peeling surface on the bottom. The drawers were few, and the much touted large television had pixel burn. The breakfast was very nicely done, and the staff were all very friendly. All in all, I would stay there again, but my back would hate me if I did!

Very nice decor and great service from the staff. My room needed carpet and bathroom cleaning. I really liked the hotel. It had great decor and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The exercise room was very good. Overall, it was a good experience and I'd stay there again.

The nice smelling soaps, the flat screen TV and the complimentary "exercise TV". There is nothing to not like. This was my second stay at this hotel this year and my first stay was probably better overall. I like the exercise TV and planned to use that area of the floor for exercising. Plus, while exercising, I found cereal on the floor up next to the couch which didn't belong to me. When I went downstairs to exercise, the water dispenser's water tasted horrible. Plus, there were no towels on the rack. I was impressed with the ear pads available for users of the head phones for the people who wanted to listen to the TV on the cardio machines. I wish there were cleaning supplies available to me so that I could clean the equipment before I used it and again after I used it. I wish that the yogurt provided to guests didn't contain aspertame. Yogurt is my preferred pre-workout snack though and with the choice of local grocers I was able to pick up some better choices to keep in my room's refrigerator. The soaps smelled wonderfully and the beds were very comfortable. I loved the layout of the rooms and the decor. I was glad to find a hotel with an exercise facility at such a great price.
