Clean, internet, large TV, friendly efficient staff, affordable. Terrible Starbucks coffee, breakfast buffet mediocre. Fair price, amenities good, food poor, need ice machine on all floors.

I have stayed at many Hyatt Place locations. This one is under construction , changing from Ameri Suites that had been there for 11 years + ... The hotel is beautiful, but many of the ammenities are not working yet. The internet was not accessible from the room, the ice/vending area was still in the plastic. The fresh pastries you normally smell when going to a Hyatt Place when you walk thru the door was replaced with the smell of fresh paint & carpet. I would definatley stay at this location again, but they need to have a little more time to get the renovations completed before you can get the full "Hyatt Place" feeling.

The room itself was wonderful. It was very neat and clean and very modern. The king bed was very comfortable. The room had a large couch with this huge flat screen tv. There was also a desk, bar with a sink, a fridge, coffee maker, and a safe. The vanity area was very large, the bathroom was nice and with very good water pressure in the shower. There were mirrors everywhere. The discription said there was a hot tub, but we couldn't find it. Really our only complaint was the noisy people in the hallways. We could hear everything out there. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The staff were wonderful. Swimming pool heater out of order. I can't say enough about the service we received at this hotel. The entire staff down to the maintenance men went way beyond the description of good customer service. This hotel staff should be a model for all other hotels in the chain.

This hotel is under construction. I would not go there until it is completely finished. The new rooms and bed are wonderful, but they do not have vending machines, hot breakfast, facial tissues, or phone books. Bring your own soap, their soap stinks. Other reviews state they have a hot breakfast, they did not, unless you mean putting a frozen sausage/biscuit in a microwave.

I liked the modern style and access for my tech gadgets (MP3 player, etc). The first seemed stuffy or something or full of moisture. I can't really explain it. My stay was pleasant and comfortable. I liked the decor and convenience to restaurants and store. I spent less gas traveling to and from my business appointment.

Sink broken, one drinking glass for the room. Just overall not up to par. Food in lobby snack bar over priced and not very good.

The modern decor. They did not clean nor replenish my room. Everything about this hotel was great initially. However, we left the next day, and did not return for many hours only to find our room had not been cleaned. I was very dissatisfied with the hotel after that.

Great staff! Our shower was cracked and our room was hot when we got in and the fridge was not turned on. Our overall stay was wonderful. The few things we disliked were more than made up for in the comfort of the room as well as the friendliness of the staff. Also the 24hour food kiosk was wonderful. Food was hot and fresh even late at night!
