The size and layout of the room. The suite was more than what was expected, staff was very helpful, the breakfast was good and all parts of the hotel were very clean.

The room was perfect. It was exactly as the website explained and looked in the pictures. I would definitely go back to this hotel again.

Rooms nice and staff friendly. Breakfast was skimpy. They used to have eggs and stuff. Hotel was great. My biggest complaint is that does not allow for addition of children when booking my room. I felt like I had to sneak them in when I just should have been able to declare them on line since my room size would not need to change because of it. You need to change that. I don't blame the hotel. I think it's something needs to take care of as to not isolate travelers with families. I did not like that there was an outdoor pool. We were disappointed.

Excellent staff, clean and confortable room with HDTV. You can either have the complimentary breakfast or order a hot meal from the grill. This was a great value the room is divided into a mini-suite and better appointed than some full-service Hyatts I have stayed in.

Beautiful hotel, room was amazing, huge tv,lots of space. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Not a complaint, just a preference, would've preferred the pool be inside w/a jacuzzi We were pleasantly surprised at just how nice the hotel was. Beautifully decorated, HUGE tv w/hook ups for video games, cameras, etc. Very modern and very nice. It was a little cool and rainy, but my son still used the pool because it was heated. Only thing I missed was a nice soak in a jacuzzi after our long drive. The breakfast was typical continental which surprised me, you had to purchase a hot breakfast. Staff was awesome. Overall VERY pleased.

Clean, comfortable hotel. The staff was super! Very helpful in recommending a place for dinner. Wifi throughout and comfortable "starbucks like" seating in lobby - very inviting

Very large, modern rooms! The paid breakfast portions could have been a little more substantial for the price. The Hyatt in Mystic, CT was better than the pictures! (something not seen very often) The 42". Flat screen TV could be seen from both the couch area and bedroom. (We loved the way the two sections were separated by a small, decorative wall.) The wet bar and refrigerator were an added bonus. In addition, the free continental breakfast was good. I already told two friends about this place!

Beautiful modern, clean hotel. We loved the size of the room with separate living area and large screen TV. We were shuttled for a small price to Mohegan Sun. No worries! Only disappointment was closing down breakfast bar too early in the am. Looks exactly like the web site.

Friendly, helpful staff, beautiful, and well-stocked room. Great breakfast for free. Being on the ground floor was a little loud in the am, but I asked for a ground floor room. This is a fabulous hotel for those with children, and business travelers. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and breakfast was delicious. They have a small bar, so drinks can be ordered till 11. The rooms were spacious, and very attractively decorated. I travel extensively for business, and leisure, so this was a very pleasant surprise after a long work day.

My fianc? and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in August. I booked the hotel b/c it looked new, clean and was within walking distance of all things to do in Mystic. Check in was great, there was a wedding party staying at the hotel and we told the front desk agent that we wanted a quiet room, which she was able to provide to us. The rest of the stay was not as positive. The sheets and towels are made of a polyester/cotton blend and the sheets were incredibly scratchy-I couldn?t believe that a Hyatt costing $*/nt did not have all cotton sheets. We left our room at 1230pm on Saturday and returned at 630pm, took the Do Not Disturb sign off of the door when we left and yet our room was never cleaned. When I called the front desk the only thing that the agent asked me was if we left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and did not apologize or offer to have someone come to clean the room. I accepted the fact that our room would be not cleaned and asked for clean towels (b/c we had only been given 2 upon check-in) and after another phone call an hour later we finally got the clean towels. The agent blamed housekeeping for the delay. The day we spent walking around in Mystic was one of the most humid of the whole summer and we wanted to shower before going out for dinner. Lastly, the breakfast area of the hotel is much too small for the amount of people utilizing it and it is not well organized. There was only one carafe of caffeinated coffee which was forever being emptied and then everyone had to wait for a whole new carafe to brew (instead of having 2 or 3 carafes available or an already brewed carafe on standby)-I waited in line for 15 minutes for a cup of coffee and I was not pleased.

We liked the interior design of the room and the flat screen TV. There was not enough staff - no bell hop and no room service. The room was very nicely designed, but the comforter on the bed had a cigarette burn.
