The layout and spaciousness of the room. The bathroom was so tiny it was hard to close the door once inside. We were very pleased with the hotel. From the moment we walked in the man at the desk was very friendly and helpful. We liked the sitting area of the room and that the sleeping area was partially partitioned off from it. The big screen TV was nice. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative things were the bathroom was extremely small, making it hard to close the door once inside and the food and drinks in the lobby area were not priced.

Because of my business, I am constantly on the road. When I book hotel I am expecting clean, quit place where I can get rest without being bothered. In general I got everything I was looking for. The only negative experience I had was an airconditioner which was kind of noise. No compliance otherwise.

The environment was fantastic! The staff was so friendly! Loved it! The room had a weird smell to it at first, but was fine after we turned on the air conditioner. We loved the environment here! The staff was so friendly and helpful, very conveniently located, felt very safe here and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

This is a nice line of hotels that are moderately priced. The room was semi-stylish. I loved the couch and ottoman sitting area. I watched the nice 42 television from there, but it also swivels so you can watch it from bed if need be. Also if you're bringing DVD players or game consoles, there is a port where you can hook virtually anything up. The PPV option on the TV was nice as well. I rented Iron Man LOL! Downstairs in the lobby they have computers in case you dont bring your laptop, but if you do, there is free Wi-Fi. Also there is a little concession for sandwiches etc in case you dont feel like venturing out.

Room size was awesome. Air conditioner was loud. Very nice hotel. Have stayed there twice. Exceptionally clean and quiet each time. Kids love the size of room and the plasma TV! Plenty of room for a family of five so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other.

The room layout is great. Really comfortable beds! Some maintenance need HVAC fan really noisy. Toilet seat is loose, Low water pressure. This facility is well thought out. The amenities are great for the price!

It was clean, and spacious with more things to offer than most. I think anyone would be pleasantly surprised by visiting this hotel. I expected to arrive to a clean hotel, but they exceeded my expectations with not only clean but top rate customer service, modern decor and extra amenities without the extra cost.

The decor was very attractive and modern. No room service. Hyatt Place in Overland Park exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly, the desk staffed 24 hours a day, and the lobby space was very eye pleasing. When we got to our room, we were amazed to see such a beautifully designed room that used as much space as possible while maintaining a large room feel. We will be staying at Hyatt Places as often as we can.

I loved the layout of the room and the large TV. The blower on the AC/heater was at the foot of the bed. The hotel was excellent, the layout was spacious. I loved the sofa in the corner of the room. The flat screen TV great as was the king sized bed. Only complaint was the location of the AC/heater at the foot of the bed.

The modern and comfortable decor. Coffee is great! The breakfast service was slow. Wow, was I surprised when I walked in the door. I was running behind and had to get to a meeting so I did the self check-in it was fast! The room was awesome, I told my husband that if I could live there, I would. Loved the couch and the TV!
