Staff was friendly & knowledgeable about area attractions. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable about area attractions. Attractive rooms and very comfortable. Will visit again and recommend.

Hotel was clean, rooms very nice with a fridge & *" TV standard, as well as a huge couch. Small bathroom, but there is a seperate vanity counter. Food choices are extremely limited & quite pricey after breakfast. There is no real hotel restaurant or bar, beer, wine & starbucks coffee are available however.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. The rooms are great and families will be glad that the TV's have multiple easily-accessible AV jacks for DVD players and game systems. The hotel would be great for business travel. It's in a commercial/shopping district and there are plenty restaurants within a short drive. The only negative comment I have is on the express checkout kiosks. Great concept, but so slow that the desk clerk was able to check out two guests in the time it took me to check myself out.

Loved the room layout, the bed and the large TV. Bathroomwas very tight. I loved this hotel and was very excited to stay here. The facility was renovated last fall and the rooms were just incredible and comfortable.

This nightmare started off with our confirmation being messed up. We reserved a non-smoking room, but changed to a smoking room. We called 2 days before out check-in to ensure our reservation was for a smoking room. When we arrived, they had us in a non-smoking room and all of their smoking rooms were booked. The room was poorly laid out and the bathroom was horrible. The shower head was pulled slightly out of the wall and the faucet was falling off. There was no menu for room service. There was no listings for local restaurants or attractions. The worst part of the hotel, however, was the bed. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Motel 6 has better beds than Hyatt Place. I tried sleeping on the couch and the floor, but finally resorted to drinking until it did not matter. I will say, however, that most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They directed me to restaurants in the area.

Spacious rooms. Very clean. Good location on North side near Keystone Mall. Noise in hallway from 4 to 5.30 am. Called desk to complain. Nothing happened.

I specifically stay at a hotel that had smoking rooms, my confirmation was for a smoking room. On arrival I was given a NON-SMOKING room, not what a reserved. I could have stayed at any hotel and got a NON-SMOKING room, but I went to Hyatt for a smoking room. SO MUCH for confirmation...... Temperature in room was difficult to control. Big screen TV was nice

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was professional and approachable, the room was exceptional and exceeded our expectations...even the continental breakfast went beyond just rolls and donuts which is what we expected. The room included everything that the hotel said it would include. Our non-smoking room was really non-smoking and everything smelled clean. There was enough closet space to include everyone's coats, the water pressure of the shower was decent, and we couldn't hear the other guests through the walls. My only disappointment was with the beds; they were a little too high which made it a bit difficult for my kids to get on them without help, and the bed width wasn't as wide as I was expecting (they were doubles, which I wrongly assumed were about the same size as queen, but that was my mistake). All in all we were impressed with the hotel, the room, and would recommend it to anyone. Next time we are in the Indianapolis area we most likely will stay here again.

Convenient; upscale. I dislike hotel rooms with bathroom sinks in the sleeping area. The Hyatt Place is convenient, quiet during our stay, and very nice. I dislike bathroom sinks in the sleeping area.

Excellent service, attractive decor, comfortable bed, and safe location. Room was clean but breakfast room on Saturday am was not. Some highway noise on our side of the building. Nicely appointed room feels more spacious than it actually is. Staff unusually friendly and helpful.

Staff was wonderful and the room was very nice. The bathroom was a little small. Hotels main lobby is beautiful and they have fresh food available rather than vending machines. No pool at the hotel, but you can use Bally free of charge with your room key and use their pool.

Distinctive room decor (modern). Complimentary breakfast. Very friendly staff. Easy location to find, great shopping and restaurants nearby.

Room layout and appointments. Shower controls were too stiff. Hotel is a new niche for Hyatt. Complimentary breakfast is cold, but outstanding. Room layout with exception of closet which is difficult to access. Hotel is now a year old, but still has some shake-down cruise issues. Nevertheless, I would return.

Accommodations. Nothing. Service, accommodations, room was all upscale.

Very friendly staff, great bed, great TV. Room was very clean, staff super friendly, 42 inch TV, one of the best mattresses I have ever slept on.

The room was very appealing both visually and textually.. The bathroom showed signs of mildew in a few places. Overall, an excellent value.
